Beautiful and spacious town home located in prestigious community of Canal Corkran can sleep, sit and serve 10 in style. Enjoy the large community pool and pond views from the covered porch or second floor deck. Utilize the gas grill and fully equipped kitchen that has all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Prepare your meals and serve them in a large separate dining room or walk to Rehoboth Ave and enjoy the countless restaurants and activities. There are two master suites with private bathrooms and plenty of room for the kids. A full size crib, jogging stroller and high chair are also available for your littlest guest. Take a walk on the community paths, bring your bike or Kayak and explore the Lewes-Rehoboth trail and canal. You will be 3/4 of a mile (or 8 blocks) from the beach.

This home offers very spacious living areas with a separate dining room that seats 10 and an open family room with 9 ft ceilings and great views and sounds of a large pond. After a fun-filled day at the beach, or golfing, or shopping at the outlets, relax by taking a dip in the community pool that is just steps away or sipping a cold drink on the covered patio overlooking the pond.

Enjoy the fully equipped gourmet kitchen to prepare family meals which opens up to the living room. The open design has an integrated breakfast bar complete with bar stools for casual dining at the kitchen or a perfect conversation area for entertaining. The patio and its furnishings are under shade for most of the day and is an ideal location to cool off, have a cup of coffee, or enjoy a cook out.

This is a smoke free and pet free property. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of agreement and loss of full deposit. 50% deposit due upon receipt of lease agreement / 50% due 60 DAYS prior to arrival. Guests under 30 years old must be accompanied by an adult. NOTE: Outdoor security camera by back slider and smart doorbell at front door are present for security purposes only.

Wonderful family beach townhouse and location.

The townhouse has a large dining room and spacious living room on the first floor. The townhouse is a mile from the beach. Great for early morning or evening walks. There is a community pool in the complex. There also is a playground at the park (that also has a farmer’s market during the week). There are very good restaurants and shops nearby. Overall it was fun and enjoyable week.

Wonderful Place

We stayed with 6 adults, a 3 year old, & 20 month old. We loved the location by the bike trail and about 1 mile from restaurants and shopping. We loved it so much we already booked it for next year :-)

Easter Weekend

My family and I enjoyed our time in this beautiful, spacious townhouse for a long Easter weekend. We loved the neighborhood and it's close proximity to downtown Rehoboth. The owner was very helpful with recommendations for linen delivery as well as early check-in. Would definitely stay again!

Terrific space for my family

The property was just right form family including the grandkids. Having a large space to gather for meals, games, conversation made it comfortable for all ages. Hoping to come back this summer.

Beautiful, well-maintained home

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful, well-maintained home that is close to the community pool, bike path and a short walking distance from Rehoboth Ave. It has a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and we loved the ground floor patio and porch off the 2nd floor bedroom overlooking the lake. We especially appreciated the supplies (paper products, cleaning supplies) provided throughout the house. Also, the beach gear came in very handy. Overall, a great home!

A great stay!

Our second year staying here. Everything was excellent again! Everything you need and some! Well stocked is an understatement! Six adults and four kids fit comfortably. The private path towards the downtown is a great way to travel. A hint on sheet rental. If you rent from 227rent it is about a quarter mile away and you can avoid the $25; delivery fee and pick them up at the store.

Great house. Would definitely stay there again. Cheryl made sure everything was great and the house is fully stocked with all the appliances and kitchenware you'll need to have your family stay comfortably. Rooms are nice and beds comfortable. Back patio is great for eating outside or just hanging out. If there was one complaint to have it was that the house isn't baby proof--something that's easily fixed with a quick trip to Walmart. Location is great as well, super close to everything in rehoboth, short drive to the beach. Would stay again!

Beautiful home!!

This home was beautiful and perfectly organized from the minute we walked in. The owners are so gracious and kind and met every one of our needs. When one of the drains clogged they had someone there to fix it right away. They went out of their way to make sure we had a Great stay. The baby equipment was so nice to use so we did not have to bring it from home. The beds were very comfortable and had beautiful bedding choices too! The back patio is beautiful with a light breeze. Perfect for sitting and relaxing listening to the pond. We had immediate access to the pool which was very warm and clean as well. The pool is just a three minute walk out the back door which is nice. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks for a wonderful vacation Cheryl!!

Perfect Location; Quiet Neighborhood

Overall a 10/10. Liked the location; not immediately off Rehoboth Ave so noise was not an issue. Location is so convenient to the beach, Henlopen State Park, walking/biking trails, grocery stores, and outlet stores. The townhome was the perfect size for our party of 5 adults & 3 children(6 yr old & 2-5 yr olds). They loved the bunk beds! All the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well- equipped and all the shelves labeled, which helped in locating items. The outdoor grill is great. Liked the patio for outdoor reading after dinner. The community pool is just around the corner and is large. The kids had a blast and it was nice that the majority of the pool was not deep. There’s ample seating and umbrellas at the pool. We absolutely would like to return to this townhome in the future.

Wonderful beach getaway

We had a fantastic time staying at Cheryl's place. It was just as described in the listing, and it looks just as good as the photos (probably better). Cheryl's place has so much space and feels open. It was just me, my wife, and our infant so we had plenty of space, but it would work great for a big family or multiple families. We also appreciated the stroller, high chair, and crib that are provided. The location is great too. Within walking or biking distance to the beach and great restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and looking out at the pond. We were too late in the year to take advantage of the pool, but it looked great. We had a minor issue the last day of our stay, but Cheryl was quick to respond and resolved the issue immediately. We highly recommend staying at Cheryl's place, and we hope to come back for another visit. Thanks for having us!

Great location but plumbing problems

The house is in a great location. I liked and utilized the patio often. Upon arrival, when the downstairs toilet was flushed, it almost overflowed. The next day a cleaning service came with a professional strength plunger. The toilet worked for a few flushes but the issue was not resolved. A day later, the hall bathroom toilet almost overflowed. Since the owner sent the cleaning service (not a plumber) the first time, I didn’t contact her. During my stay, I plunged the hall bathroom toilet several times. Thirdly, the toilet in the master bedroom loft bathroom ran the entire week. A plumber needs to be called to fix the three toilets.

Clean, great location, very comfortable w/higher-end furnishings and excellent owner communications

We had two families of four stay at the townhouse for three nights over New Year's Eve and everything was as advertised. The location is outstanding as it is walkable to Rehoboth Ave shops/restaurants and has easy access to/from Rte 1. There are two parking spots right in front of unit which made loading/unloading a breeze. The downstairs has a great dining space in front and then a large, open kitchen/family room area with nice couches/loungers, a Sony TV with cable/Blu-Ray player and a gas fireplace. There is also a nice counter-height bar between the kitchen/family room. Unfortunately, they have bar-height stools that don't allow you to get your legs under the counter so this would be the one suggested change to make. The bedrooms are exactly as advertised with very comfortable mattresses (everyone commented on the quality). Both master bedrooms are large with the 3rd floor master having extra seating areas and lots of privacy as it takes up the whole third floor. Everything in the condo is well-labeled, the kitchen is well-equipped and all furnishings are high quality which adds to the solid, comfortable feel you get no matter where you are in the place. We rented linens from the Sheets at the Beach website so all of the beds were made when we arrived and there were towels in all bathrooms. I would highly recommend using them if you need linens as the quality was great, they took care of making the beds and all we had to do was strip them at the end and put everything in the provided bag by the front door. Cheryl's communication was clear and prompt through the whole process and we will definitely stay in her condo again when we visit next year. We've been visiting for many years and this was the best place we've stayed. We also found a great new place to eat/drink/chill so check out "Lefty's Alley and Eats" if you are looking for good food, great drinks and lots of entertainment choices for all ages/tastes.

We love Rehoboth Beach and enjoy every minute we get to spend together as a family. The location of our home is perfect for us. It is close to everything...the beach, the shops, the restaurants. It gives us a place to land after a day at the beach, or a long bike ride on the trail, or a swim at the community pool. So many options so little time!
