About this property

4 Bdrm Town Home with Pool Sleeps 10 - Pets Considered

This large three-story, four bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome is located in the upscale private community of Canal Corkran, an easy walk to Rehoboth Avenue and all in-town shopping, dining and entertainment. The beach and Boardwalk are a short bike ride away (approx. 1.4 mile). Note we are located East of Route 1, so no traffic to worry about.

Canal Corkran is a quiet, well-maintained, park-like community. We are located near plenty of biking trails and neighborhood paths, which are perfect for a stroll. The community pool is right around the corner. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors, while having the conveniences of downtown Rehoboth.

First Floor

Full Bathroom in hallway.

Third Floor
Bedroom #4 – Main Suite with one King bed and 2 twin beds with TV.
Full bathroom and 2 large closets.

PLEASE NOTE: the 3rd floor can get very warm during the summer because of the AC unit not being able to cool the 3rd floor completely. This is a flaw in the building design. There is a ceiling fan and 2 standing fans on the third floor. We recommend that you turn the AC down to 68 degrees to keep the 3rd floor at a reasonable temperature. It will be very cold on the 1st and 2nd floor, but that is the only way to keep the third floor somewhat cool. We also recommend that you leave the blinds on the third floor closed at all times and do not open the windows, and leave on the ceiling fan to circulate the air. Please do not place furniture over the floor registers - that will block the cool air flow. We are aware of this issue and there is nothing that can be done about it. We are not allowed to have an additional unit installed per HOA guidelines, and the unit we have was installed in 2022 and is serviced 2 times per year with regular filter changes. Please understand we have done our best to rectify the situation. There are no refunds or discounts on the rental property related to this issue.

- $500.00 refundable security deposit.
- Pets considered, please inquire. Pet fee: $250.00.
- Cleaning Fee: $180.00 per rental.

Family Vacation at the beach
Property was neat, well-stocked with beach gear. Very close to Rehobeth beach boardwalk (1 mile walk). The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Brough a new gas tank for the grill over and answered all our questions. Gray family time!

Wonderful home
This property was better than we expected! We were extremely happy as soon as we walked in. We are a family of seven and we had plenty of room. The first floor is very spacious with a kitchen that is fully equipped with anything that you could ever need. The outside patio was great for morning coffee or evening dinner. All the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable!! Condo is in a great location, close to the beach and shops and a brewery around the corner. My family gives this rental five stars!!

Great Rehoboth spot
The home is in a lovely neighborhood/development. There was plenty of space, the bedrooms were spacious and clean. There are 2 parking spots right in front, and the rest of our group had no trouble finding additional guest spots nearby. All 7 of us really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!
