The second floor includes a beautiful family room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room has a fireplace and entertainment center with a TV, DVD, stereo. The kitchen opens into the living room and dining room, and has all modern conveniences of a full-service kitchen. Located in the front of this level is the second bedroom with two bunk beds and bath.

Two large bedrooms are located on the third level, each with its own bathroom. The master bedroom on the east side of the house has a fantastic bathroom with a shower for two. It even has dual shower heads and a bench! The washing machine and dryer are located in the hallway.

Once you reach the rooftop deck on the 4th level of the home, you can hear the ocean and sounds of Dewey Beach. This is a fabulous place to relax, sunbathe, read, or dine. There is a refrigerator, sink and bar just inside the door.
