About this property

Welcome to Beach Living, just steps from the beach. Our home is perfect for multiple families, groups of friends, or just a quiet weekend away. There are three levels of living space. With bedrooms on the first and third floors, there is ample space, and privacy for everyone. There are 7 balconies and porches, including one screened in porch and a rooftop deck! There are ocean and bay views from the second floor balcony as well as from the master bedroom and balcony, as well as from the rooftop deck. You could fall asleep listening to the waves crash.

This unit has two dedicated parking spaces. You can park your car when you arrive and walk to all of the attractions in Dewey Beach! Rehoboth is a short trolley ride away to the boardwalk or restaurants. Tanger Outlets are also a short 10 minute drive.

We are a dog friendly unit! Dewey Beach is a very dog friendly beach, allowing dogs on the beach in the morning and evening during the peak season!! If you are a dog lover, this is the beach for you.

We have new floors, freshly painted rooms, an updated kitchen, big screen tv/surround sound (connect to Bluetooth and play music) and many other new amenities. Welcome to your home away from home!

Our new favorite

Everything about this property was perfect for our group! We’ve stayed at many different rentals throughout the years in Dewey and I really think this was our favorite. With several of our young adult kids and their significant others, the layout worked great for us. We loved all the decks/balconies too! So relaxing in the early morning or late night to sit outside and listen to the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed and the extra mini fridge is an amazing idea for extra drinks. Even down to something as simple as having all the light switches labeled, great idea! The location was fabulous-steps from the beach and close to everything Dewey has to offer without feeling like you’re in the middle of it. Beds we’re comfortable, showers were hot (even with all of us showering within a short time), a/c was cool-what more could you ask for? Thanks for a great week in Dewey!

We purchased this home in June of 2017. We love to be close to the water. We wanted a home where we could build long lasting memories with our young children, year after year.

Why they chose this property

The minute we pulled up to look at this property, it just felt right. We went inside and felt like we were home. We love the town of Dewey Beach and the close proximity to the cute shops and restaurants in Rehoboth as well as the outlets. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing is so relaxing. We hope that you fall in love with Dewey Beach and our home like we did the moment that you walk in.

What makes this property unique

There is an abundance of outdoor living space. There could be a full house of people, but there are plenty of areas to escape to relax. The views and the close proximity to the water made this home an obvious choice. We love that our children can be awake upstairs and our friends down on the first floor are not disturbed by the kids moving around. It is not your typical home where all of the bedrooms are next door to each other.
