We have stayed here several times and it is a beautiful home in a great location. This year, however, we were quite disappointed in several things. There was a vent cover missing in the master bedroom right at the slider. Very dangerous location for a hole that big. We reported it on Wednesday when we arrived and were told no one could fix it til the next week and to put a bag with holes in it over the opening! Terrible suggestion as it would make it more dangerous! The ice maker also just pushed out powdered ice -no cubes and very messy -shot out everywhere. There were no pot holders except a very small dirty one; we have dogs and the grass out back was extremely high and hard for them to get around in. Love this house but it is not inexpensive and I feel it is not as nice as in the past. Definable have replaced a vent cover immediately.

Our stay was great! The host was responsive and the place fit our needs perfectly. Only complaints would be that the shower curtain in the master bedroom was pretty moldy and that some water leaked from the ceiling in the living room from one of the showers. Thank you!

Great Easter Weekend

Large home with plenty of space for everyone. Beach chairs provided were convenient and saved us a ton of space packing. It’s Dewey Beach so everything is close. Very nice place to stay.

Vow Renewal Ceremony

This house was perfect it had everything we needed. The yard accommodated our dogs and that was a huge plus. The whole house was very spacious and the rooftop deck was great. Our family had such a great time. We will definitely be staying here again.

The property was beautiful with large inviting common areas. The entertaining kitchen was an open set up extending into the living room. Plenty of outdoor space with seating to enjoy the entire beach atmosphere!

Great place for a family vacation

The house was great and less than a block to the beach. Restaurants within easy walking distance. Only complaint would be two of the bedrooms had AC vents coming out of the ceiling instead of the floor like all the other rooms. These two rooms had poor air flow and were warm.

Great week in Dewey

We rented as a Senior Beach Week group. The house was beautiful and location couldn't have been better. The landlord was wonderful to work with and the neighbors were very sweet. Would 100% rent this house again. Thank you so much!!!!

Great Thanksgiving Stay

Property was great for our Thanksgiving stay! Rooms were comfortable. Two sitting areas and a spacious dining area worked out well. Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. Stone’s throw to the beach. Backyard space is nice. Didn’t use the rooftop space much due to the temps. Great communication with owner and flexible check in check out times were appreciated. Great spot!

Family Vaca 2023

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach house! We will be back and would recommend to any large group. Great location in the heart of Dewey Beach. Spacious living area, good sized bedrooms with multiple bathrooms to accommodate a family vaca with children. We communicated with the property owner during our stay and he was extremely responsive. Thanks for an awesome beach week with tons of memories made!

We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful home. There was plenty of space for us all to be in one room or to break off into smaller groups in a variety of spaces. We loved the backyard with the covered gazebo. We were able to be outside when it was raining.

Great location in Dewey

We had a great experience here overall. The host was very responsive but we did have a little lockbox trouble upon arrival--could be made easier by a better description in the instructions as there were two entry doors at the property. We also had issues with the garbage disposal which we raised with the host. Otherwise the property was excellent for our large group of friends and kids with easy beach access. We especially appreciated the beach chairs!
