Beautifully decorated townhouse, right on the beach. The beach and sunrise views are simply stunning. The townhouse is beautiful and has 2 decks facing the ocean and 2 on the opposite side of the townhouse. The deck off the master bedroom facing the ocean is the best place to have a morning coffee watching the sunrise. This is a beautiful house, with great views, well appointed with all the amenities and a fabulous host. The bedrooms are spacious and well laid out. The kitchen is well appointed and very roomy with plenty of area to cook. Large dining area is great for meals and game nights! Communications were fantastic, she is very responsive and friendly! Love this place!! I will happily rent this house again for my next trip to Dewey Beach!!

Wonderful home! Awesome location, steps to the beach. Easy to go to and from the sand. House is well equipped, had everything we needed. Plenty of space and well kept. Would definitely stay here again! Communication was great as well!

The ocean view! I could have spent the whole vacation on the deck, sipping drinks, snacking and staring out to sea while lounging on the high comfy bar stools and table. But I did do frequent short walks on the beach with my dog. It's so close to the beach my dog memorized how to get home in a couple days. This was the easiest and most relaxing beach vacation ever. It's like checking into a hotel and the concierge has thought of everything you need. Beach chairs and umbrellas and beds already made (and the beds are comfy!) and lots of ice and in the kitchen, all the tools and pans and spices and space you could want. Maureen responds instantly to any questions and solves any concerns. I really hated to leave. I long to enjoy that view and sea breeze again and comfort again!

The property was amazing, right next to the beach and was very welcoming. Was dog friendly and we all loved staying there. Would recommend for any family that wants to have an amazing time at the beach and bring their dog too.

I felt like I was walking into someone’s home instead of a rental property. Everything was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals, the furniture was very comfortable and the beach chairs and umbrellas were great. Maureen was very responsive as well! If you want a great beach vacation with the feel of staying in your own home, this is the place.

We have visited the Delaware shore twice a year for the past 30 years, staying in many vacation properties. This is by far the best experience we have ever had. The amazing ocean views, comfortable furnishings, beautiful décor, well-stocked kitchen, and so much more were perfect! Also, we appreciated that our dog was welcome and there were special touches for him. Maureen is an excellent host. We appreciated how quickly she responded to our questions. In addition, she provided thorough pre-visit instructions and guidelines which were very helpful. We look forward to our next stay at this amazing home!

Waking up gradually to the rising sun on the 3rd floor was perfect. Stars at night were beautiful over the dark ocean. The host responded quickly, and supplied everything we needed. We really loved everything about the house and location.
