Two bedrooms, 1 bath comfortable beach cottage awaits you. Comfort is provided with AC/heating splits in every room. A full-size kitchen with granite counter tops, range w/oven, microwave, ceramic tile floors. There is a king size bed in master, twins in 2nd bedroom. Enjoy the screened in porch while using the gas grill on your large deck. Just steps to the beach! A sand wagon: sand chairs & beach umbrella are provided. Hop onto the Jolley Trolley at the end of the street for a short ride to the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk. And don't forget to bring your dog! Located in the desirable Mariner’s Surfside Cottages community. One off street parking space marked15 B is included & some basic supplies are provided. Please bring king size linens/twin bed linens & bath/beach towels. No long term rentals.
