Direct access to the furnished, sheltered terrace to the southwest. Open kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and Tchibo Cafissimo capsule coffee maker.

1. Bedroom with double bed (2x 90x200cm), wardrobe and 2 chairs. Direct access to the covered balcony to the east.
Second Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x200cm), armchair and chest of drawers.

1. Bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet, fan heater and natural light. No hair dryer.
Second Bathroom (bath) with bathtub with shower hand piece, towel warmer, washing machine, hair dryer and natural light.

A large closet is located in the hallway on the first floor. A wardrobe is available in the living room.

Parking space available. Covered bike racks behind the house. Free Wi-Fi.

schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln

Unterkunft liegt ruhig und zentral. Sie ist gut ausgestattet gute Betten, WLAN stabil. E stört in der Nacht der Betrieb der Umwälzpumpe des Pools auf dem Nachbargrundstück. Die unten gelegene Dusche/Toilette riecht erheblich nach Schimmel, müsste unbedingt saniert werden. Dies hat mich mit meinen Problemen Asthma erheblich belastet. Noch eine Anmerkung: Die Vogelbeer-/Schlehenbäume sind schön, wenn die heruntergefallenen Beeren aber im Gehwegbereich den Matsch bilden, stört dies auch erheblich. Hier müsste täglich gefegt werden.

Aufteilung und Lage der Wohnung super. Die Einrichtung und die Außenanlage könnten vielleicht mal eine Auffrischung gebrauchen.

Schwächen: Dusche, Bäder renovierungsbedürftig Außenanlagen ungepflegt Keinerlei Informationen vor Ort über einzelne Wohnungsdetails wie Hinweis für Fundort Fritz Box (Stecker war gezogen), Hinweis wie z. B. die Heizung funktioniert , wo sich die Mülltonnen befinden.

Lage ist sehr gut von der Wohnung. Man ist nach ein paar Minuten schon im Zentrum.

Bäder sind etwas veraltet. Einrichtung ist gut. Möbel auf der Terrasse sehr bequem.
