Desert Rose Guesthouse is a private, freestanding apartment with 599 square feet of pure luxury. Perfect for singles or couples, there is a separate master bedroom with king bed featuring a comfortable yet supportive organic cotton mattress for your best sleep ever. The bedroom windows are equipped with blackout curtains to insure that you will be able to sleep late if you desire. A walk-in closet and French doors opening to a large West facing patio complete the bedroom suite. Meal preparation is made easy with a fully equipped kitchen featuring full sized refrigerator, stove and farmhouse sink. Enjoy your meal at the bistro table for two. After dinner, relax in the comfy sitting area with deep cushion couch and extra guest seating, perfectly set up for surfing the net, conversation or tv viewing. The smart tv streams Hulu & other favorites via ROKU. Other amenities include a full sized bathroom with walk in shower, and laundry area with full sized washer and dryer. The home is equipped central A/C and heat wireless wifi and wired ethernet (your choice). Security features include keyless entry, dead bolt locks on all exterior doors and exterior motion sensor lights around the fully walled & fenced yard. Driveway parking is just steps away from the front door. A serene and orderly yard with beautiful desert landscaping surrounds the home.

Perfect unit!! Clean, Cozy, and Convenient!

We were in town for EDC 2025 and the location couldn’t have been better. It was close enough to the venue and the Las Vegas Strip for all the fun, but far enough away to avoid the crowds and noise. There were also great restaurants nearby that weren’t packed from all the people coming into town for the festival.We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful unit! The space was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen came in handy for quick meals. We also really appreciated how peaceful the area was—it was the perfect place to unwind. If you like to party but prefer to recharge somewhere calm and quiet, this spot is perfect. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it! On top of all that, the host had great communication—super responsive, friendly, and made everything easy from start to finish.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Outstanding Property

The guesthouse is immaculate and is located in a very safe, quiet neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and other businesses nearby. Comfortable bed and tasteful decor throughout. Allow 30 minutes to drive to the Vegas Strip. Hosts were very responsive and check-in a breeze. Would stay here again and recommend it to anyone interested in a quiet get-a-way as you tour the tourist areas close to Vegas. I'd book this rental again.

Best Stay in Vegas EVER

I've come to Vegas so many times. This place is the best. Now I can't imagine staying anywhere else when I visit Vegas. It's 20 minutes from all the cool stuff. There a so many restaurants near too. It was cute and clean! Had EVERYTHING you could possibly need. And the sweetest host! I'd give this place 100 stars if I could.

I just wanted to say thank you to Tracy and Matt for hosting my stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay this is most definitely the place!! My flight was arriving early and they were able to accommodate my special request for an early check in. I loved how CLEAN the place was as well. Everything I needed was provided even down to a washer and dryer. I have now found a spot I can go with my family and feel safe and comfortable in the area . Definitely recommend this place!!! Can't say enough about this rental. The property, the location, the amenities, the price... it was all above and beyond what I was expecting. Other than daily room service, there isn't one thing any hotel in Las Vegas would have had over this property. Plenty of space, full kitchen, living room... K-Cup coffee maker with some sample pods helped start the morning. Central air with ceiling fans helped keep the place nice and cool. The washer/dryer was a nice addition, since it meant we didn't have to pack so many clothes for the trip. Wifi was good enough to stream Netflix, so no problems there. If there was one thing I would add to this rental, it would be a TV in the bedroom. But honestly, that's nitpicking. When we come back to Vegas, we'll be looking this property up again. Thank you to our host for such an amazing first-time VRBO rental experience.

Two Happy Seniors

It was a amazing stay. Don't stay on the strip again for there is so much more to see only 22 miles North. The area is so modern if you have a favorite restaurant, store, it's there. If you just want to relax stay at this prosperity and enjoy a meal. They have everything you need at this amazing 600 Sq Ft Prosperity. They lack nothing including Soaps,Shampoo. Take Time to look at the pictures all new appliances , Very nice bed, walkin closet. Motion detector outside lights and a personalized combination coded door. We are in our late 70's and felt very safe. Tracy our prosperity contact was so easy to work with, example a day before we were to check out, day 6 , she asked if she could come around the back and update the patio furniture ? Then she texted me to say she was done didn't hear a sound. PROS I could go on and Would we come back - YES CONS Hot outside - Really its JUNE We figured we saved 75% over staying on the strip

This plqce is 10 stars. The property is beautiful and the hosts are the nicest people. Their communication is above and beyond. They responded very quickly to all questions I had. I wouldn't stay anywhere else every time I travel to Las Vegas. This is home away from home. It's about 20 minutes from the strip. Shopping is close and a great Trader Joe's just down the street. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is traveling to Vegas. Oh, and parking is right outside the front door. Couldn't be any more convenient.

THE Place to Stay in Las Vegas

We came to visit family and this location in the northwest part of town was perfect for us. The casita was roomy for the two of us and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Exactly what we needed

The place was exactly what we needed! It was quiet and comfortable, with plenty of space for my partner and me. We especially enjoyed spending our evenings on the back patio. The bed was comfy, and the location was a great distance from Red Rock Canyon, which made it perfect for our climbing trip. Would definitely stay again!
