It is about 1.5 km from the famous V & A Waterfront and situated on the red & blue Cape Town sightseeing bus tours and therefore ideally located to spend a stay in Cape Town. The popular Oranjezicht City Farm market in Granger Bay can be accessed by foot. Green Point park is only 1km away for lazy times spent in beautiful park surroundings. Mouille Point golfcourse is only 200m.
