Little Pond Lodge overlooks a duck pond and you’ll find it so fun and relaxing to watch the ducks swim and play in the water. Evenings will see you soaking up the warmth of the private hot tub on the deck.

Living Spaces
Your family will enjoy plenty of flexibility with two separate living spaces! The living room offers cozy wood flooring and based board ceiling for a rustic feel. The A-frame styling with oversized windows allows abundant sunlight for a cheerful glow. With comfortable and plush seating, you’ll love gathering here to enjoy conversation, laughter, and making memories. Evenings will see you curled up in front of a roaring fire, enjoying the latest show on the Smart TV.
For a more action-packed evening, we also provide a game room on the lower level. Your family pool sharks can practice their skills on the pool table, while the gamers will love the arcade game. When they need a break, there’s a bistro table for two and a wall-mounted Smart TV. There’s also direct access to the lower-level deck, complete with rocking chairs and beautiful water view.

Enjoy your morning coffee on us from our fully-stocked kitchen. Featuring stainless steel appliances, you’ll have everything needed to create a simple snack, a full-course meal, or anything in between! Savor the chef’s creations at the adjacent dining table which sits directly in front of a big picture window. Enjoy your dinner with a view!

Bedrooms & Baths
Each of the two ensuite bedrooms features a king-size bed, with dual nightstands and lamps. One bath have a tub/shower and other bath have roll in shower.

Game room with bunk
The kids will love the double-over-double bunk beds located right in the lower-level game room. You may never get them out of there! You can play pool table and arcade game.

There’s no better place to sit and enjoy nature and the views than the two stories of decks on the rear of Little Pond Lodge. Watching the ducks swim and play in the pond is a wonderfully relaxing way to spend a morning or afternoon.
The first level offers rocking chairs for enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon tea. Evenings are for the bubbling hot tub, tucked into its own corner for privacy.

Up on the second level is a porch swing, perfect for relaxing with your book or mobile device. Two more rocking chairs promise hours of deep relaxation. The dining table and chairs offer many alfresco meals overlooking the beautiful pond and lush greenery surrounding the cabin.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
* 8 guests MAX. Number of occupants are strictly enforced by the HOA.
* No pets are allowed at any time. We love animals however we have chosen to maintain a pet free environment in our cabins. We do take this seriously so guests with allergies can feel comfortable to stay in a clean and pet free home.
* No smoking. Smoking in the house will be $300 fine.
* No party or event.
* RVs and Campers are prohibited in the resort. This is rule from HOA. Please DO NOT bring RVs to the cabin.
* GUEST IS REQUIRED TO SIGN RENTER AGREEMENT WILL BE EMAILED AFTER BOOKED.
* SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED OF $300. DEPOSIT TO BE PROCESSED BY HOST ON GUEST'S CREDIT CARD.
* MINIMUM AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER IS 25 YEARS OLD
* Keep all trash in the trash bag and place them in the bear metal box. Do not leave trash outside of the bear box or front porch.
* Any sort of fired is not allowed on the property.
* No more than two cars parking at any time. Do not park on the street.
* Outdoor security surveillance cameras are around house perimeter and home entrance.
* Noise aware sensors may be installed inside and on the deck to monitor noise levels. Noise should be kept to reasonable level. We live in quiet neighborhood so please respect neighbors. No loud music after 10pm per city ordinance.
* This is family-oriented home and no parties or events allowed. We expect all guests to be respectful, mature and responsible. If you are trying to bring many people and planning for a party, this home is not for you. We provide warm, clean and tastefully decorated home for those who enjoy their travel experiences and family vacations. Please treat it as your own.
* Guests agree to comply with Sevier County Vacation Home Rental Ordinance. Failing to do so may result in fines and even eviction.
* Keep front door and windows are shut upon departure. It is not uncommon for animals to enter an unlocked door, and guests may be liable for any damage due to not following this policy.
* Covid 19: We increased surface cleaning and disinfecting protocol. Surfaces and highly touched areas are cleaned and disinfected.
* No wheelchair access
*HOT TUB WATER MIGHT BE DRAINED COMPLETELY AND IT WILL TAKE 8 HOURS OR MORE TO HEAT UP. DURING THE COLD WEATHER SEASON, IT MIGHT TAKE LONGER TIME TO HEAT UP. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE DESIRED TEMPERATURE WILL NOT BE REACHED ON THE CHECK-IN DAY. IT WILL BE READY TO USE NEXT DAY AFTER YOU CHECK-IN.
