Midcentury three-bedroom, two-bath ranch nestled between Mount Elden and Sheep Hill. Six miles to historic Downtown Flagstaff shops and restaurants, Northern Arizona University, 2 miles to Route 66, and one mile to the Flagstaff Mall. Smoke Rise Park is a two-minute walk with green space, swings, a picnic area and a playground. Easy access to Historic Route 66, Highway 89, and I-40.

Every bedroom features a king-size bed. Samsung Smart TVs with speedy WiFi are located in the living room, family room, and bedrooms. There is also a full-size washer and dryer, a two-car garage, and a large, fenced yard. The backyard boasts a charcoal BBQ grill, dining table set, gazebo, Adirondack chairs, and firepit. The home features a living room and family room with futon sofa sleepers and 50” Samsung Smart TVs. There is also a slick glass dry bar in the living room for entertaining.

The living room has a fireplace and a sliding glass door leading to the backyard. It has porcelain tile and wood floors, and 2025 installed cabinets and granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms. The appliances are stainless steel.

The home features updated furnishings with king beds with 12” two-layer mattresses topped with fashionable Boho comforters. Samsung Smart TVs in the living room, family room, and all three bedrooms have speedy streaming WiFi service. There is also a two-car garage with room to spare.

We LOVE dogs, and they stay for free! We are sorry, but we do not permit cats due to allergies.

Fantastic place for family with kids and pets! Love that all rooms are king beds and shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. Very comfortable home.

The house is full of modern TV’s . One in every room. However the rest of the house is rustic. Supplies were adequate. Great backyard. Made for pets .

Spacious, quiet family home in Flagstaff

We stayed here for 4 nights in October 2022 and had a wonderful stay. We were close to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, but also very close to shopping/eating. The kitchen was well stocked with accessories. The only things to be aware of are: the heater that comes on at night is VERY loud! Scared me the first time, but we got used to it. Also, the couches to sit on are very rigid, not comfy for lounging around on, but we were not there a lot, mostly just to sleep and the beds were quite comfy! Thank you for sharing your home.

This place was very comfortable and homey. Upon arrival everything was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the well appointed kitchen. The backyard and the Adirondack chairs were wonderful for sitting outside enjoying the cool evening air with a glass of wine. Overall very nice place!

My wife and I live in Phoenix and frequently travel with our two little dogs. We bought this home in Flagstaff because we love the late midcentury charm and location in the Smokers neighborhood. We are down Route 66 to downtown, NAU, and all the hiking trails. We enjoyed fully remodeling the home, putting on a brand new roof and installing central air conditioning and heat, all new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. We hope that you enjoy the home as much as we do!
