The property was beautiful with lots of trees and a view of the water. The unit was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the area was quiet. While the listing specifically states the items present in the kitchen, there effectively is no kitchen. Meaning no toaster or kettle. As stated in other reviews, this is a ground floor unit and the owners live overhead. It was a good place to stay.
A beautiful view and peaceful atmosphere! Saw deer out the window. Loved that the bath towels were huge.

Beautiful breathtaking views. Beautiful house. The owners super helpful and friendly. Definitely will book again. Every morning would wake up super early just to have a that hot cup of coffee and to see the breathtaking sunrise.
We stayed with another family for 1 night.
We received check in information a few days before. The home had a beautiful view, clean, had everything we needed and more!
There were games in the closet, s’mores kits, fire pit, outdoor seating, coffee, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, etc.
The owners were friendly, responsive, and accommodating. It was perfect for our quick trip with our friends and kids!
The house was so nice, host helpful and the view amazing tight next to a huge park we all loved our short stay. Had a really good lunch at the blue goose nearby (order the cheesecake)! We took a walk down to the water and the host left ingredients for s’mores!!!
Super easy location instructions. Parking was a breeze and so was entry.Jeffrey was an absolutely wonderful host! We loved getting to stay the night and wake up to such a beautiful view in the morning!!!We spend a lot of time up in Port Orchard, and will definitely request to stay at this property again 10/10
Great place to stay, beautiful area. Very clean and presentable accommodations. The owners were fabulous. Great communication and very accommodating. I wish I would’ve stayed a couple more nights.
Lovely property and hosts are amazing. Great little fridge and coffee bar. Comfy beds in large bedrooms . Walkin Shower with great pressure. Perfect spot!
We were very impressed with the location and hosts. They were responsive to any questions or inquiries. We took out the kayaks and had a beautiful paddle along the shoreline.
The location of this property is pretty epic. Close to a state park, walkable path to water, a park, and trails, and really quiet.

Port Orchard Stay
The space was comfortable, and it's a real plus to be so close to Manchester State Park - that was a highlight! A Trump sign greets you at the entrance, FYI. Jeff & Gena were communicative and kind. You can hear folks walking and moving around upstairs, but nothing too loud, just footsteps. The s'mores provisions are a sweet touch. Echoing other reviews that there isn't a full kitchen, but a mini fridge, microwave, & coffee maker.
The house was very nice and the owners were immediately responsive to questions.
The rooms are a lower level of the house with a private entrance and a very well maintained and nice yard with a patio.
You cannot access the patios with the view in the listing though.
We were very happy with every aspect of this stay from start to finish. Our hosts provided excellent instructions and directions to their very clean and comfortable 2-bedroom VRBO property! Our hosts provided everything we needed for our one night stay! The property's view of the Puget Sound and Bainbridge Island was beautiful and we enjoyed the delightful visit of a doe and her fawn as we drank our morning coffee. We also saw sea lions during a visit to the nearby beach. Our hosts also provided a variety of local sightseeing, restaurant, and grocery recommendations. For those who may wish to spend a longer time here, there is a Keurig with complimentary coffee pods and a microwave as well as water bottles in a smaller refrigerator, however, this VRBO does not currently offer a kitchen facility, so plan your meals accordingly.
The place was amazing. We got to wake up to a doe and two fawns. Only complaint is that it doesn’t mention the owners are on the second floor. Given it was our wedding night that would’ve been nice to be aware of.
Photos are old and taken from a drone. Took my mother (retired) and we had hoped to sit and watch the boats on the water. In reality the trees and shrubs are so tall you can only see small bits of blue. This is two bedrooms in a daylight basement with owners above. No thermostate access to control AC or fan even though listed as having AC. Glad I packed a fan to get some air moving as windows are below deck and no breeze. A deer on the lawn was a nice surprise. Fine, not great for what we wanted. Hotel may have had better views
