This self-contained one-bedroom suite is truly a home away from home, located only a short walk to Cook Street Village and one block away from Beacon Hill Park.

The suite is part of a duplex home which also accommodates a 2-bedroom unit and has a separate private entrance through the front door and hallway.

The accommodation offers a kitchen serving also as a living area, a generous bedroom with queen size bed and a recently refurbished bathroom which includes a new washer and dryer.

In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere. lovely stay. very comfortable.

i especially appreciate the prompt communications and cleanliness of the apartment. three small things: it would be helpful to have a cleaning rag to use on floor spills, i would have enjoyed upgraded sheets, and the porch got great morning sunshine, but it was quite dusty. perhaps your yard crew could use their leaf blower on the porch when they come through? these are minor things. my stay was great. thank you.
