☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ There's two bedrooms on the first floor, the master's bedroom offers a comfy king-sized bed while the second bedroom has a two cozy queen bunk bed. Two other bedrooms are upstairs, you'll find another master bedroom with a king-sized bed while two comfortable queen beds are in the other room.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ A total of three bathrooms are available. The master upstairs has a massive full bathroom with a huge mirror to make it easy for multiple people to get ready in the morning! There is another full bathroom upstairs, one full bathroom downstairs, and a half bathroom downstairs.


A 1 to 2 day of supply of essentials will be provided, including shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, and most of everything you need to have an easy start to your stay. Linens and towels for indoor and outdoor use will also be provided.

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆ The spacious fully equipped gourmet kitchen has everything you could need and the extras you want. Stainless appliances, granite countertops, all the cookware, dishware, and utensils you need to cook delicious meals with friends or family during your stay and abundant seating options for larger groups. You can start every day off right with a cup of coffee with your choice of drip or Keurig coffee.

☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆ Chill out on the large, comfy sofa while enjoying a little screen time on the smart TV. The house is beautifully furnished for all the comforts of home, with all the luxuries of a coastal getaway.

☆☆GAMEROOM ☆☆ Enjoy playing indoor games with friends and family with our beautiful game room theme wall, it's sure to be fun for ALL AGES! You can play mini-golf, giant connect4, or play an old school arcade game. It also offers a mini foosball table, board games, and a large Roku TV.

☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆ The downstairs area offers the best outdoor amenities in Crystal Beach. There you can enjoy the highlight of this property which is the hot tub with an ocean view. The tiki swing is a great spot to snap the perfect pictures. You can also hang out and walk to the beach, which is RIGHT ON OUR FRONT YARD!!! Underneath the house, guests will not only find plenty of covered parking and an outdoor shower for convenience but also a huge entertainment area complete with bar and counter space, a charcoal grill, bar stools, picnic tables, and unobstructed views of the ocean.

☆★ Guest Access: We use electronic locks, with 24h check-in available and no keys to misplace! You have full access to the entire house plus you’ll find high-speed internet to take care of your streaming and work needs.

Dog Policy - If you are bringing your furry friend, you must submit a message through the app to let us know what the age and breed of the dog is. All dogs MUST be house trained. You will be responsible for any damages caused by your dog. Please use the designated outdoor area for your pets to do their business and utilize the provided waste station to clean up after them. Because we are dog-friendly, if you have any allergies pertaining to dogs, I recommend you do not stay here. While we do our best to thoroughly clean, we cannot guarantee that you may not have an allergic reaction from a previous guest’s dog(s).

NOTE: The maximum number of guests allowed is limited to 16 only. We also had to remove the property's firepit due to new city regulations. Updated photos will be available soon.
