About this property

Trade the hustle, bustle, horns, sirens for a camping getaway!

You will stay in a cozy camper set up on 4 acres at a dead end road right below rabbit peak. Very quiet and peaceful, wake up to birds chirping, and go to sleep to the crickets singing and river flowing. Very nice yard in the front with a BBQ grill charcoal or gas. Less than 1mile from the center of town where you can go ride one of the few historic trains left, or simply go for a ride all around the area and up to Pagosa springs Colorado and see all the scenery and wildlife. Then back tp sit and enjoy a cold beverage watching the sun go down behind rabbit peak. Or pick a spot in the forest or local RV park and rent our camper, we haul to and from and set up to insure everything is properly working for your enjoyment during your stay! Your vacation your call, let us know how you want it all!!
