Sumartin apartment

An ok property in need of some TLC to bring it up to scratch. Listing distances are shorter than reality. Property needs some fixing up, very creaky bed, defective shower head supports, only 2 Sun loungers, uncomfortable sofa. Could be so much better with a bit of time spent on it. Good communication and a nice town to stay in.
