If you imagining to spend your vacation in a quiet place, clearest sea on the Adriati, with a beautiful view to the sea, a touch of majestic Mediterranean nature, friendly family atmosphere, new high-standard apartment and all that directly at the sea just above the private Beach, you have chosen right! Villa Ruzmarina is located in the fishermen's village Marusici in the heart of the Omis Riviera - a 35 km long Riviera of outstanding beauty. Our new vacation Villa is located directly at the sea and the apartment includes, terrace with tremendous views to the sea, as the matter of fact almost every room in the apartment has a balcony with view to the sea.

Kitchen with dishwasher (new), microwave, coffee machine, large refrigerator with separate cooling area.

FROM season 2018 - NEW sitting set and high quality furniture in the living area, bedroom etc.

Fitness, free WIFI, BBQ place on the beach etc).

Furthermore, guests have kayaks and mountain bikes on their disposal on request.

Just what we needed

Our stay was great, the apartment had everything we needed, the pool and private beach were great bonuses. There are a lot of steps down to the beach, it was a good work out, those less mobile may struggle. Beautiful view in a peaceful area but with a shop and restaurant 2 minutes away, lots of supermarkets close by and Omis only a 15 minute drive away. We explored lots of areas; Split, waterfalls, the delta, all just over 1hr away.

Traumhafter Blick und tolle Poolanlage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und helfen wo sie nur können, der Blick vom Balkon ist traumhaft und auch der Pool ist wunderschön und hochwertig. Der eigene Strand ist toll, man sollte nur Strandschuhe mitbringen. Was wir dennoch nicht erwartet haben, weil die Fotos es nicht genau zeigen ist, dass das Apartment Teil eines Komplexes mit Minimum 8 Wohnungen ist. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und es fiel vor allem unseren Kindern sehr schwer, abends einzuschlafen. Ich konnte mit Ohropax ganz gut schlafen, so hielten es auch die Nachbarn. Dementsprechend ist auch der Pool (3x8 m) kein Privatpool sondern gehört natürlich allen. Die Wohnung ist recht klein und mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet, aber wenn man etwas nicht findet, kann man immer beim wirklich sehr netten Vermieter fragen. Der Blick und die Lage sind phantastisch - auf dem Weg dorthin nicht verunsichern lassen - man kommt an 2 anderen unbewohnten und halb fertiggestellten Gebäuden vorbei auf dem Weg nach unten zur Unterkunft.
