Apartments Bakota are located in a small place Duće, 2 km from the pirate town Omiš, in an ideal position to explore Middle Dalmatia.
The property is located 50 m above sea level and is 200 m far from the beautiful sandy beach and from many restaurants and shops. Because it is steep it has absolutely open sea views.

There are two almost the same apartments, Red and Lilla, both 87 m2. Apartment Red is on the first floor of the property and can accommodate 4 people max, it is fully airconditioned. Has a modern and completely equipped kitchen, spacious dining and living area with direct exit to the balcony, two bedrooms with double beds, and two family bathrooms with shower, 3 A/C, wifi, parking, grill...

The apartment was excellent well laid out and very clean, superb sea views Petra was very welcoming.

This was our first visit to Croatia and we thoroughly enjoyed it, the choice of apartment was good, about 25 minutes walk from Omis, the people in the area were very friendly and helpful. The scenery in the locality is quite stunning and well worth seeing. We visited the local restaurants and also restaurants in Omis all the food was very good. Would definitely recommend.

Alles perfekt!

Schöne, moderne und komfortabel eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine herrliche Aussicht auf das Meer und das Gebirge. Die Wohnung bietet sehr viel Platz, gut und umfangreich ausgestattet sowie gepflegt und tiptop sauber. Der Empfang und der gesamte Kontakt mit der netten Vermieterin war sehr herzlich. Bei Ankunft standen Getränke, Brot, Käse und Schinken bereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr groß. Man hat vom Balkon aus einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Vermieterin Petra war sehr nett und wir konnten uns bei Fragen immer an sie wenden. Alles zusammen war es ein wirklich sehr schöner Urlaub und die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolles Apartment

Das Apartment befindet sich auf einem kleinem Berg des Orts. Fußweg zum Strand 3 Minuten. Zum Strand hin geht's bergab, zurück wieder hoch, wobei eventuell Familien mit Kleinkindern mit z.B. Kinderwägen ein Manko wäre. Mir hat dies keine Probleme zubereitet. Ansonsten ist das Objekt wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, alles sauber, Check-In war problemlos, Kommunikation mit Vermieter ohne Probleme sowie sehr freundlich. Ich kann dieses Apartment empfehlen und würde jederzeit nochmal dort Urlaub machen.

The beauty of the condo and location is absolutely wonderful great attention to detail from Petra warm hospitality made us feel welcomed really made our trip much better the location Shooko beach , the beach bar , great Pizza . Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce très bel appartement qui constitue un point de départ idéal pour découvrir la Dalmatie. Il est très bien équipé, propre et conforme à la description. La plage est vraiment très proche, pas besoin de la voiture pour y accéder. La propriétaire est vraiment très accueillante et à l'écoute. Encore un grand merci à Petra pour son accueil. A recommander sans hésitations. We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful apartment which is an ideal starting point to discover Dalmatia. It is very well equipped, clean and consistent with the description. The beach is really close, no need for the car to get there. The owner is very welcoming and attentive. Another big thank you to Petra for his welcome. To recommend without hesitation.

About the location, Apartments Bakota is situated in the upper part of the Duće area, only 200m from the beach, overlooking the coast, mountains, and island Brač.
Duće area is famous for many beautiful sandy beaches that are perfect for families, several restaurants within walking distance, mini markets, supermarkets, small Mediterranean town Omiš and Cetina river (2km) with many historic and natural attractions with many opportunities for active holidays like white-water rafting, zip-line, boat tours, canyoning, free climbing and more.
Only a half-hour drive to the famous town Split (22 km) with its famous world-historical monuments, great old town with Diocletian palace and many restaurants.
Go and explore this amazing area of Riviera Omiš, with the Cetina river surrounded by mountains, and experience it all for yourself!
Also, you can take a day tour and visit Makarska riviera, Dubrovnik, Trogir, Zadar, Krka waterfalls, and Plitvice lakes are all within 1-3 hour distance so you can visit them all while staying in our apartments.
