Quiet location on the outskirts (dead end) of Emden. Cozy furnished holiday house. In the village center only about 3 minutes walk away, you will find an Edeka market, a bakery, butcher, pharmacy, a bank and doctors. The nearby shopping center (DollartCenter) offers plenty of shopping. It is 2.5 km to Emden / Leer University of Applied Sciences. In five to ten minutes by car in the harbor, at Borkumkai and sea dike, and at the Knock. The city center is 4.5 kilometers with the sights Kunsthalle, Landesmsuem, Otto-Huus and Delft with museum ships and ramparts. Good starting point for trips in the Krummhörn. A parking space is available.

Holidays in the idyllic Warfendorf Larrelt. The well-kept and comfortably furnished terraced house offers about 120 m² a relaxing holiday. The house is divided into 4 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 twin and 1 room with a French bed measuring 1.40 x 2), a living room and a separate kitchen. In addition, there is a bathroom with shower / WC and a separate toilet in the house. A garden with a south-facing terrace with barbecue and garden furniture for 6 people invites you to linger. Also a balcony offers space for cozy evenings.

Ein Zuhause

Ein sehr gemütliches und wohnliches Reihenhaus am Rande von Emden, in dem es an Nichts fehlt. Bäcker und kleiner Supermarkt um die Ecke. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren begeistert. Herr Ulferts hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles zum Haus erklärt. Schön gelegen, viel Platz, alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß und freundlich eingerichtet. Sehr schön war auch das gemütliche, große Wohnzimmer. Auch in der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Eine große Sonnenterrasse rundet das ganze bei schönem Wetter ab. Wir haben diese Tage sehr genossen.
