Completely renovated (2018) as well as new and comfortably furnished house. In a quiet location and with a large garden and covered wooden pavilion to linger. Parking at the house. Good shopping in the immediate vicinity. Doctors and pharmacy on site. 500 meters walk to the Emsdeich, beautiful bike paths, 3.5 km to the city center, good and regular bus service. Direct bike path connection to the Borkumanleger and the ferry to Ditzum.

The approx. 100 sqm holiday home is equipped for up to 6 persons. On the ground floor there is a bedroom,, with a double bed, which can also be put as single beds. There is a cozy kitchen, a living room, a spacious bathroom with shower / WC and a guest toilet. Upstairs are two more bedrooms. The house is designed in the wheelchair-accessible ground floor with a new Venylfussboden and on the first floor with new carpet. To get into the shower, a 10cm high heel must be overcome.
