The district impresses with good motorway connections, the proximity to the VW plant and the Krummhörn with many sights (e.g. Pilsum lighthouse, fishing village Greetsiel, Wartendorf Rysum).
The apartment has a size of 40m² and is divided into living room, bedroom, kitchenette and a bathroom. It is equipped for max. 2 people. The beds in the bedroom have a lying surface of 90x200cm. In the kitchen corner there are electrical appliances such as coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster and cooking facilities (with 2 hotplates). Of course, there is also a TV and a radio. This is a non-smoking property and unfortunately pets are not allowed.
On site you will find free parking and a barbecue area with seating. The use of the washing machine is free of charge for all residents of the house. Wi-Fi is available for free use.
