Ditzum is a recognized health resort at the mouth of the Ems in the Dollard. The bright and tastefully furnished 2-room Non smoking apartment (50 sqm) is located on the upper floor of the house Tichelpatt 5, situated in the immediate vicinity of the Ems-dyke at a dead end. It has bedroom, living room with complete kitchenette and dining area, bathroom with bath, storage room and furnished balcony with views over the wide fields on the dike. In the living area you will find satellite TV and radio with CD player. The parking lot is on the house. Shops are located nearby. The town center with the fishing harbor, cozy restaurants and charming cafes, walk about 5 minutes.

Wir waren zum 2.mal hier, haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung (es gab eine neue Küchenzeile, neuen Fußboden,...)und im Ort.

Check-in war völlig unkompliziert über einen codierten Schlüsselkasten , die gesamte Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Diese Unterkunft können wir mit besten Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Urlaub in Ditzum

Unsere schöne Ferienwohnung ist in unmittelbarer Nähe des Deichs. Bis zum Hafen und dem Ortskern sind es nur ca. 600 m. Ein wunderbarer Ort zum spazieren gehen und sich erholen.

Immer wieder gerne

Check in geklappt super geklappt, Schöne 2 Zimmer Wohnung , sehr sauber. Küche mit allen Utensilien ausgstattet, Waschmachine vorhanden , ruhige Lage was uns sehr wichtig war und der Parkplatz am Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeit fußläufig Sehr nette Gastgeber, wir kommen wieder .

Tolle Wohnung, super schöne Umgebung

Moin, sehr sehr schön, die Landschaft ist herrlich. Man kann tolle Fahrradtouren machen. Es gibt mega schöne Cafés. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, einfach top, auch mit Waschmaschine mega. Tolle ruhige Lage, mit Auto oder Rad alles super zu erreichen. Vermieter super nett. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder. Dankeschön.

Jederzeit wieder!

Ditzum ist eine kleines, trotz Tourismus ruhiges, wunderschönes Dörfchen. Genau so ist die Ferienwohnung. Ruhig, gemütlich und sauber. Alles ist vorhanden. Es fehlt an nichts. Ob in der Küche oder den übrigen Zimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.!!!

Schöne Umgebung, ruhige Lage, super für 2 Personen

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr schön ruhig in einer kleinen Sackgasse. Für Fahrräder ist ein abschließbarer Schuppen vorhanden. Zum kleinen Supermarkt sind es nur 5 Gehminuten. Vom Balkon kann man den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Bad mit Fenster ist super. Mit 4 Personen möchte ich hier keinen Urlaub verbringen, aber für 2 ist es prima. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Nicht so toll war die Bettwäsche aus Plastik/Microfaser und dass im Schlafzimmer das Verdunkeln nicht möglich ist. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und noch viel mehr.

Tolle Gastgeber mit tollen Feedback

Gute Buchung für die Wohnung über das Portal. Dazu kam persönlicher Email Kontakt. Meine Fragen wurden zügig beantwortet. Genau Adresse und Schlüssel Übergabe gut organisiert. Somit wusste man bei der Anfahrt schon gut Bescheid. Genaue Bilder geben das wieder was man wirklich sieht. Wirklich Praktisch finde ich das sowohl eine Senseo und normale Kaffeemaschine im Objekt sind. Das ist für uns als Kurzurlauber mit der Senseo top gewesen. Auch das die zusätzlichen Hinweise für Müll Entsorgung und Notfall Kontakt bereit liegen fanden wir super. Es mangelt in der Unterkunft an nichts, was wir jetzt persönlich unbedingt vermissen würden. Die Nähe zum Hafen sowohl auch zum Edeka ist schnell erreichbar. Auch mit der Fähre nach Emden vom Hafen aus ist toll. Also ein PKW braucht man nicht mehr wer nicht weiter weg möchte. Der super nette und freundliche Kontakt zum Vermieter ist Klasse. Da stimmt die Chemie unter Ruhrpott Personen eindeutig. Daher würden wir 5***** Sterne für Wohlbefinden und Gemütlichkeit geben. Gerne würden wir hier nochmals unterkommen wollen. Es grüßen die Siegener

Geräumige, gut gelegene Wohnung

Sehr gute Ausstattung, zb eine Abstellkammer, Balkon, viel Geschirr! Sehr sauber, gut gelegen. Leider ein Makel: im Bad ist es gefährlich: Lichtschalter und Deckenlampe im Spritzbereich der Dusche- das ist nicht zuläsdig und sehr gefährlich! Und man muss in der Wanne duschen, aber ohne Kabine, Überflutung des Bodens war nicht zu vermeiden - nicht so schön! Aber das lässt sich sicher noch ändern...

Wer eine Wohnung in top Lage, sehr sauber, überkomplett eingerichtet, absolute Ruhe... sucht, dann ist das die richtige Wahl. Wir kannten Ditzum, auch ein andetes Haus, kein Vergleich. Sehr zu empfehlen, danke nochmal.
