Newly updated and located in a quiet neighborhood, this cozy one bedroom, one bath home has everything you need for your Cape Cod escape.

The cottage is situated in a perfect location on the Cape-- located just minutes away from the National Seashore beaches and walking distance from the Cape Cod Rail Trail and ideal for day trips to just about every popular destination (20-30 minute drive to Provincetown or Chatham). There are great local restaurants and bars in the area but if you prefer to stay in, relax and enjoy a large patio with comfortable adirondack chairs, gas fire pit, gas grill and an outdoor shower. Bedroom has a queen bed and the living room has a daybed that opens up with two twin mattresses. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and a flat top stove to cook your favorite meal. To make the hot and humid nights more enjoyable, the cottage has a mini split unit for a fan or A/C. This cottage is perfect for couples! There is no laundry on site so please bring your own sheets and towels.

The cottage is small but clean and very efficiently laid out. It's bright and sunny with plenty of windows. It was chilly when we arrived but the heat worked well. It was easy to enter the cottage with the code.

price was crazy for the space but was worth the environment had no problems besides the tv was just local cable and dvd and there was an ironing board but no iron i found that crazy but overall it was ok

Eastham Getaway

Small but clean cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Lovely outdoor area with fire pit. The only downside if you could call it a downside is an extremely small refrigerator a little bigger than a dorm size fridge.
