Our cozy holiday home is located in Marienwehr on the edge of Emden. The cottage is located on the Small Sea, the Hieve. Enjoy the peace and quiet by the sea. From there you can take many trips. The Hieve is a very good fishing area, especially for eel, pike-perch and pike. Also for surfers and sailors the Hieve is very well suited. Connections by water to the Great Sea and Emden are possible. There is also a private boat available for guests only a few steps from the house. Only the fuel costs are to be paid.

The 40 sqm holiday home is equipped with a bedroom where 3 people can sleep. There is also a kitchen in the house. Two more people either have room to sleep on the couch or on couches. The bathroom has a shower / WC. In the living room you will find a stove instead of a heater. Bed linen and towels can be provided for a fee
