Our cozy holiday home is located in Marienwehr on the edge of Emden. The cottage is located on the Small Sea, the Hieve. Enjoy the peace and quiet by the sea. From there you can take many trips. The Hieve is a very good fishing area, especially for eel, pike-perch and pike. Also for surfers and sailors the Hieve is very well suited. Connections by water to the Great Sea and Emden are possible. There is also a private boat available for guests only a few steps from the house. Only the fuel costs are to be paid.

The 40 sqm holiday home is equipped with a bedroom where 3 people can sleep. There is also a kitchen in the house. Two more people either have room to sleep on the couch or on couches. The bathroom has a shower / WC. In the living room you will find a stove instead of a heater. Bed linen and towels can be provided for a fee

Mieseste Ferienhaus was ich in meinem Leben gebucht habe

Keine Heizung,nur kaltes Wasser im Bad.So starkes knarzen der Treppe und Feder/Nut Holzboden, das man den Fernseher lauter machen musste. Im Schlafzimmer oben konnte man von unten das Licht sehen.Bei starken Regen wurde die Wand innen nass.Holzofen ohne Beschreibung (noch nie einen Holzofen angemacht).Die genannte Elektroheizung war nicht vorhanden.Im Kühlschrank war kein Tiefkühlfach und eine defekte Lampe. Keine Mikrowelle,daher immer nur Lebensmittel erhitzen am oder im Elektroofen. Kein Internet möglich. Bei der Ankunft versperrte der Platzwart den Weg zu Haus, so das wir alles vom ca. 200 Meter entfernten Parkplatz transportieren musste. Auf Grund der Feuchtkalten Innentemperatur sind wir 5 Tage früher wieder gefahren ohne Reduzierung des Miet Entgelds. Nicht geeignet für Senioren, da die Aussentreppen keine Handläufe haben.
