The non-smoking apartment "No. 12" in the "Residenz am Kurpark" is located in the 1. Floor of the apartment house and can accommodate max. 4 people. The living space of the approximately 56 m² accommodation is divided into a living area with an open kitchenette, two separate bedrooms and the bathroom.
The comfortable living area has a seating area, flat-screen TV, stereo and DVD player. From the living area you have access to the furnished west-facing balcony with stunning views of the Grömitzer Kurpark.
The master bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm - separate mattresses) and a large wardrobe. The children's room has a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe.

In the entrance area of the apartment is a kitchenette with oven, dishwasher and 4-ring ceramic hob and a dining area for four people. This apartment is designed with laminate and tiled floors.

A baby travel bed is also available, but can only be installed in the living room for reasons of space.

The beach is about 5 minutes walk.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist zentral in der Ortmitte und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr gepflegt. In der Küche hat und definitiv eine Ablagefläche für den Abwasch und zum Zubereiten der Speisen gefehlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich.
