Gefühlt war es die "letzte" Unterkunft, die noch kurzfristig zu buchen gewesen ist und sich bei Anreise als reiner Glücksfall herausstellte. Bereits die Vorkommunikation zwischen Tourismus-Zentrale und dem Verwalter lief schnell, sehr freundlich und reibungslos. Das Appartement selbst ist sehr sauber, detailgetreu den zu sehenden Fotos und seeeehr nahe zum Strand und zur Stadt sowie zu den nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Da oberhalb in der Straße gebaut wurde, war von Autoverkehr nichts zu hören. Es ist nicht abzuschätzen, ob ohne Baustelle ein erhöhtes Verkehrsaufkommen in der Straße ist. Schlafzimmer liegt seitlich zur Straße. Abends ab 22:00 Uhr absolute Ruhe. Im Haus selbst habe ich keine Nachbarn gehört, obwohl einige Appartements bewohnt gewesen sind. Ich würde immer wieder diese Ferienunterkunft mit großem Plus weiterempfehlen.
