Vacation apartment/apartment for 4 guests with 98m² in Fehmarn OT Burg (17916)

Location Description:
The apartment is located in the heart of Burg and yet is quiet. In a few minutes you are in the vibrant center of Burg with many shopping and sightseeing opportunities. The South Beach can be reached by car, bicycle or bus in just a few minutes. The water-bound cycle path to the south beach, where you also pass the harbor of Burg (Burgstaaken), is also very enjoyable.

Rooms and equipment:
Our cozy apartment is spacious (86 sqm on one level), bright and modern.
It has two separate bedrooms. These are each equipped with a double bed. In the "youth room" is also a sofa bed and a private TV (42 inches). If required, a cot can be provided free of charge.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and freezer. A dining and a living area including TV make the room a cozy family gathering.
All 3 rooms have direct access to the large south loggia. Here the patio furniture invites you to sunbathe.
The bathroom is also fully equipped with bath, shower, bidet and two sinks.

Outside:
The house has its own driveway with parking. The spacious garden (about 700 square meters) and your own terrace with garden furniture and beach chair invites you to linger and enjoy. BBQ facilities and children's play equipment provide a great way to end the day after a nice day on the beach.

Particularities:
It is a Non smoking house. Pets are not allowed. Since we live with our children (13, 10 and 7 years) on the neighboring property, children are very welcome. For playing soccer and similar activities, the "Mellenthinplatz" in the neighborhood invites a lot.

Other Information:
 The minimum stay is seven days. Arrival and departure is always Sunday. VAT is deductible.
