This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom custom decorated direct ocean front condo promises a vacation you will never forget. Inside amidst reclaimed wood, organic sheets, and cotton robes you have three spacious bedrooms. Every piece of furniture hand selected by top designers and custom made to perfectly accent this immaculate condo. Guests staying with Five Star Luxury Travel at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach have access to all hotel amenities just like hotel guests.

Guests have access to 1 Hotel amenities. There is a mandatory Daily Resort for all reservations under (30) days. This fee is also paid directly to the hotel once at the resort. All bookings 4 nights or longer in length will require a mid-week cleaning of $175 plus tax every 4 days. The cleaning includes fresh linens and towels. Payment must be made to the management company upon booking.

Some issues given expectations at this price point

Great location and hotel amenities are very good. But given the price-point - this unit needs some improvements to meet expectations when doing a longer term stay here. Specifically considering other options in the area. - no garbage disposal in the kitchen sink - no water for 6-8 hours one day without any prior notice - was told about emergency shutoff after calling - dryer exhausts inside the unit making the entire room warm if used and unsafe (this is not per code for several states not sure about florida) - guest room air-conditioning is not effective - living room air conditioner makes a loud humming noise when running - Charged for parking/valet after listing showing valet parking in included amenities - the valet attendant gave us a green ticket saying valet is included when we brought our rental car and at checkout the receptionist refused to remove the charge saying I need to contact the third party For the price point of this unit - it did not meet my expectations. This could be a good option if they make some improvements and also more transparency in add-on charges.
