The cozy and modern apartment "No. 19 - in the house Baltic" is located in the high-ceiling and offers space for max. 2 people, a small dog is a welcome additional guest (max knee high).

The living space of the approximately 35 m² holiday accommodation is distributed over a living room / bedroom, a small hall, a bathroom and a small kitchen. The living area is furnished with a cozy sitting area (sleeping function), a dining area and a double foldaway bed (dimensions: 1.60 x 2.00 m) - an LED flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a stereo system are here also available. From the living area you have access to the furnished balcony. The separate small kitchen is u. a. It is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine and other kitchen appliances. The bathroom is equipped with shower / WC.

The apartment complex "Haus Baltic" is just 100 meters from the beach. There is no road between the three-storey apartment house and the beach. To the center you go 10 minutes.

Es war ein super schöner Urlaub. Nur das es immer teurer wird ist nicht so toll. Warum wird jetzt noch eine Super Hauptsaison eingeführt (wodurch ab 2025 der Urlaub noch mal teurer wird. Vorsaison, Hauptsaison und Nachsaison ist korrekt , aber dann innerhalb der Hauptsaison die Preise pro Nacht nochmals um 10 Euro zu erhöhen, finde ich schon unverschämt. Wir werden wohl im nächsten Jahr ins Ausland fliegen wegen dieser nochmaligen Erhöhung.

Erst nach Befragung anderer Hausbewohner wussten wir, welcher Parkplatz zu der Wohnung gehört, vor allem wo er bei der unübersichtlichen Beschilderung zu finden ist. Weiterhin erfuhren wir erst durch Befragung, wo und an welcher Stelle der Hausmüll entsorgt werden kann. Hier wäre eine Info in der Infomappe sicherlich hilfreich. Die Geschirrspülmaschine spült nicht mehr gründlich, sodass Essensreste an den Tellern haften blieben. Bei der Toilette bedarf es eine Grundreinigung im unteren Bereich.

Das Einzige, was gestört hat, dass die Bauarbeiten auf der Straße waren und man ganz schlecht parken konnte. Nach dem Motto:"Hilf dir selbst und sieh zu, wo du Platz findest" trotz des mitgegeben Zettels. Außerdem, warum muss ich die Wohnung gründlich putzen, wenn ich die Endreinigung beim Preis drin hatte. Dass ich eine Ferienwohnung so verlasse, dass es ordentlich ist, versteht sich doch von selbst! Ansonsten hübsche Wohnung, ausreichend für 2 Personen mit kleinem Hund und nah zum Hundestrand. Hat uns gut gefallen.

Eine kleine aber feine Wohnung die für zwei Personen mit einem Vierbeiner vollkommen ausreichend ist. Alle Haushalt Utensilien die man braucht sind vorhanden. Der Strand ist ganz nah. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten kann man zur Fuß erledigen. Eine sehr schöne ruhige Lage. Die ganze Wohnanlage ist sehr schön sauber und sehr gepflegt. In diesem Jahr sind wir 4 mal in diese Wohnung weil es sehr schön ist.

Völlig ausreichend!

Sehr süßes Appartement, mit ausreichender Ausstattung, liebevoll und Detailreich eingerichtet. Für meinen Geschmack ein wenig zu voll gestellt, aber das ist ausschließlich mein Empfinden. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und uns am kurzen Hundestrandweg (sind aber mehr als 100m) erfreut. Abzug gibt es tatsächlich für nicht vorhandenes WLAN (gehört heute leider dazu) und das Bad. Ja, es ist ausreichend, aber naja... Im Großen und Ganzen wirklich empfehlenswert!
