Haus Martens, an apartment and business building on Wyker Sandwall, located directly on the spa promenade. On the ground floor shops, in the 1st and 2nd OG apartments. To the beach and the sea just a few meters!
Linen is included from 18 nights.

Arrival and departure only on Fridays possible!

The apartment house on Wyker Sandwall was rebuilt in 2003.

perfekte Lage zum Strand und zur Stadt; alles fußläufig in wenigen Schritten. Anreise mit dem Pkw möglich, da es in der Tiefgarage untergestellt werden kann; mit dem Aufzug (nur 3 Treppenstufen) bis in die Wohnung, also keine Mühe mit dem Gepäck Ausstattung und Platzangebot für zwei Personen optimal, Küche mit allem, was man braucht, aber auch ausreichend Gastronomie in unmittelbarer Nähe, Cafe im Erdgeschoss, Bäckerei um die Ecke. Der Balkon könnte etwas größer sein, das Schlafzimmer ist etwas eng, Duschgelegenheit in der Badewanne: daher nur 4 bei Ausstattung, ansonsten top!

Auch wenn es manchmal sehr laut von draußen ist (häufig in der Nacht) finden wir die Wohnung sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Verbesserungswünsche: Das Eisfach im Kühlschrank lässt sich nur mit Gewalt öffnen und schließen. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist sehr tief, durchgesessen und löst Rückenschmerzen aus. Die Kopfkissen im Schlafzimmer müssten mal ersetzt werden. Kritik an der Beschreibung: Die Wohnung habe angeblich Meerblick. Das ist nicht der Fall. Selbst vom Balkon aus kann man wegen der Bäume das Meer nicht sehen.

Aber gerne. Ich war im zweiten Jahr in dieser Wohnung und auch bei Euch. Bin sehr zufrieden, Wohnung sauber, das ist wichtig. Da ich alt und nicht mehr so gut fußläufig bin, liegt die Wohnung für mich günstig und bequem. Ja, ich komme im nächsten Jahr wieder so Gott will. Mitarbeiter im Büro sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
