Haus Martens, an apartment and business building on Wyker Sandwall, located directly on the spa promenade. Downstairs shops, in the 1st and 2nd OG apartments. To the beach and the sea just a few meters!

A large light-flooded and tastefully furnished living room offers space to relax and from the side balcony you can enjoy the sea view.
