Ideal for two families with children, this warm and contemporary designer-furnished home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms.

Avalon Beach Estates is centrally located to experience all that Destin/Miramar Beach has to offer with Sandestin Resort a short drive away along with Silver Sands Mall, Destin Commons, restaurants and other attractions all around our beautiful area.

The great open interior space features a fully equipped, family-friendly kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and plenty of dinnerware. The large living and dining room area allows friends and families to spend time together while cooking or watching a game on a 70-inch smart TV.

The backyard offers everything you are looking for on a vacation. Whether you sunbathe in the loungers or jump in the pool to cool off, you will always feel like you never want to leave. The gas grill invites you to cook steaks or fish and a comfortable outside dining table makes for the perfect setting to sit and eat together.
There are 4 foldable beach chairs available, as well as the beach towels and wagon to take everything you need to the beach.
The property also comes with 4 bikes to enjoy the local area (guest must provide their own helmets)
CHARGES FOR POOL HEATING - 50$ PER DAY
This home is a smoke-free environment.

A copy of a valid ID is also required during the reservation.
Rental agreement must be signed to confirm the reservation.
Parties and loud behavior are prohibited. A noise ordinance is 10 pm and guests are not allowed to have guests at any time.

Clean, Spacious, and Beautiful

I was so pleased with the cleanliness of the home. It was very spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The pool kept the children entertained. We were thankful we paid the extra fee to heat it. The walk to beach was very short. All in all, we had a wonderful time.

Very accommodating

The house is beautiful and newly renovated and clean. Our family has stayed in a lot of vrbos in Destin and this was by far the best. We brought our own laundry pods, beach towels and beach toys but they had all of those there already. This was the first house that provided these items so we were pleasantly surprised. The location is great and so close to the beach with a private entrance and all the good restaurants. We plan to stay here again sometime!

Great beach vacation home

We enjoyed our stay so much! The pool was nice for days we didn’t wanna go to the beach. The house had everything advertised and we needed for our week. Location to the beach is great! Would book again!

Nice home

The house is newly remodeled and very modern. The bicycles provided were fun to ride and see the sights. If you love to cook bring everything you might need for a recipe because there is not even a salt shaker in the kitchen. But we were able to make do with the pots and pans available for the most part. The only issue with our stay was the weather. Lots of rain kept us indoors and we had a whole day of rain and no Wi-Fi which was tough for the kiddos since even the television is streaming. But overall we enjoyed our stay and the house is very nice and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The beach access is close and a short walk but you will need to bring umbrellas or rent them for 46$ a day. They are not provided with the rental of the house. They do provide a wagon for carrying all of your stuff which helps! The beach is beautiful and clean.
