Great place!

Kevin’s house is GREAT! It is a beautiful house and in a great location. Kevin is very responsive and does a great job at summarizing all you need to know about the house. We had an amazing time and would definitely rent off of him again!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The house has everything you need for a relaxing and fun vacation or getaway including a great pool, outdoor tiki bar and “man cave” downstairs. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. Lovely home! We hope to be back!

Absolutely stunning house and location! There’s a 5 sprayer shower that is incredible! We enjoyed the gas fire pit and heated pool on our cool Sept. weekend along with the kayak and paddle board. My favorite memory is the beautiful view from the top deck balcony that we enjoyed every morning while sipping our coffee!! Kevin was very helpful with details, and all instructions are covered in the message and welcome package. We highly recommend the Soggy Dollar!

We had an amazing stay at this LBI rental! The house is perfectly located right on the lagoon, which made for such a relaxing and scenic backdrop. The backyard is a total gem—with a cute pool, plenty of lounge space, and even an outdoor TV for hanging out day or night. Inside, the house is spacious with lots of sleeping room, making it perfect for a group or family getaway. The included beach badges were a great bonus, and we made full use of them! Kevin was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better week—already looking forward to coming back!

Wonderful home. Spacious plenty of bedrooms. The only con is sharing the upstairs bathroom with three bedrooms. We would definitely stay again

Our stay at this home far exceeded our expectations! The house is fabulous with lots of light and water views. Staying on the lagoon is tranquil and the location is a short ride to the beach and LBI activities. The hosts are wonderful and responsive. I will definitely stay here again.

The perfect Location for a weekend family wedding!

Our weekend with our seven adult daughters was beyond our expectations! The house was beautiful, clean, and was located perfectly. The host was very prompt in answering questions that we had leading up to the stay. Again, everything was perfect! Thank you and we are now considering a summer vacation to the area.

Wedding weekend

spent the weekend with family celebrating a wedding! your house was perfect to host my family in. It was so clean, well decorated and all the comforts of home. Our family gathered beginning of August. Beautiful home and surroundings. The pool was a definite plus. The home is well equipped and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. Our stay was great. Kevin was extremely responsive and would answer all of questions within minutes! The house is beautiful and has everything you could need. There were no propane in the tanks but Kevin reimbursed us to fill them up. Over no complaints about the property. We would love to come back again for longer!

Lagoon Life! We rented this home for a family beach vacation and would highly recommend the home. It was 5 miles from LBI so an easy drive for restaurants, beaches and attractions. So an ideal location on the water. We enjoyed crabbing and fishing off the dock. The heated pool was perfect in size and temperature. And the tiki bar was quite large and a great adult hangout spot by the FirePit. We will definitely try to rebook this house based on availability.

Perfect home for our family. Plenty of space, both inside and out. Great location, just a few minutes over the bridge to LBI. Enjoyed time at the ocean and bay and then back to the pool in the afternoon when kids were napping.Couldn't ask for a more perfect week.

Quick weekend at the Jersey Shore

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, had a beautiful view and nicely stocked. They even have things like sand toys and kayaks you are welcome to borrow. We were only there for two short nights in the fall but had a great time. Wild swans swam up to the pier and we caught a few crabs with a crab trap. We would stay here again!

Lagoon front beach house

This house had everything you can think of to make an awesome vacation . From the amenities outside including a pool, bar , awnings for shade extra fridge , man cave , etc to a beautiful well Stocked inside . One of my favorite things was the ice maker super convenient along with the sub zero fridge and the wolf stove . Plenty of seating . House was nice and cool and an excellent location . Close to LBI . We bought our own boat and docked it right in the back . The backyard was fenced in so we always felt comfortable with the kids . They had a blast ! The only negative is the bedrooms needed a little TLC . Maybe take up the carpets and put in vinyl flooring that would give it a more cleanly feel . Overall we had the BEST time and really enjoyed our stay . I highly recommend this house .

Spectacular rental

Excellent stay! We rented for a week in July . The house had everything we could want, from the fully equipped kitchen to the pool and outdoor entertainment. Our family really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds and plenty of space. Thank you for having us and we will see you next year!!

Paradise in Manahawkin

We were a group of 7 celebrating our 60th birthdays. We couldn’t have picked a more beautiful location!! The house is on a lagoon. Kayaks, boats, crabbing seem to be popular activities along the lagoon! It was wonderful, sitting out by the water, watching the boats come and go. Everyone was friendly. The house also had a pool. Nice way to cool off when you are not at the beach. The house was clean and stocked with anything you would need for your stay! Kevin was a wonderful host and answered any questions promptly!! I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this house!! You will not be disappointed!!
