a good location which deserves to be modernized

Good place The rental is generally of good quality but it lacks air conditioning, new deckchairs, a second fridge that works. watch out for the pool of water for mosquitoes

Amazing Finca

The communication was very good and fast. We were 14 people and some changes were easily updated and confirmed. It is a lovely Finca with a great Pool and good located for the trips to Palma or lovely beaches. We recommend it very much!

Tolle Villa mit super Pool

Wir waren mit 14 Personen für 11 Tage in der Villa. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Genug Geschirr/ Besteck. Toller Pool und Whirlpool. Es gibt genügend Platz für alle. Santanyi oder Cala Figuera sind in ein paar Minuten per Auto zu erreichen. Ein Auto wird aber benötigt oder man ruft Taxis. Das hat bei uns auch immer gut funktioniert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Team von Drac, mit Dagmar und Romy, war immer super freundlich, schnell und Probleme (ausgefallene Sicherung) wurde direkt am nächsten Tag durch einen Elektriker behoben. Ein Tipp: schnell den Müll wegbringen, sonst kommen die Ameisen :) Ein Klimaanlage fehlt tatsächlich. Es war nachts im Juli sehr warm. Die Ventilatoren, die in allen Schlafzimmern sind, haben bedingt geholfen. Da wir 11 Tage da waren, wäre ein Staubsauger hilfreich gewesen. Es gibt zwar 2 Besen, aber bei einem so großen Haus geht das mit einem Staubsauger schneller. Ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau )

wirsind WIederholungstäter. MIt8 Personen haben wir die Zeit genossen. Toll ausgestattet, Super Anlageder Küche mit Terrasse davor und wenn es kalt ist geht es auch direkt mit großerGruppe im Wohnraum - man kann immer gemeinsam Essen/Kochen/Spass haben und doch überall tolle Möglichkeiten sich zu Separieren. Betten teils sehr weich ein Rührgerät hat gefehlt. perfekt wäre eine Feuerschale/-Korb

Tolle Finca und toller Service vor- und während unserem Aufenthalt

Die Finca ist ideal für eine Familie oder eine kleine Firma. Der rustikale, Mallorkinische Stil kombiniert mit modernen Geräte wie Whirlpool und Küche machen den Aufenthalt entspannt und gemütlich. Weiterhin war die Finca Katzenfrei. Mit dem Fernseher hatten wir Probleme. Weiterhin wäre ein zweiter Schlüssel hilfreich.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage, Zimmer und Ausstattung sehr gut, Ansprechpartner haben jederzeit schnell reagiert. Fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Sonnenliegen am Pool könnten vielleicht durch neue ersetzt werden

Très bon séjour mais pour le prix il manque une climatisation et une modernisation de différents équipements (transats-chambres-salle de bains). Le tarif est élevé au final pour la prestation.

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet gewesen und die Anlage sehr schön und vielfältig nutzbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider hat der Außenwhirlpool nicht funktioniert. Ein Handwerker wurde schnell organisiert, der aber auch nicht helfen konnte.

Besonders gefallen hat uns die Betreuung vor Ort vom gesamten Servicepersonal. Wir fühlten uns rundum sehr wohl in dieser schönen Finca. Schön hätten wir eine kleine Ecke im Garten mit verschiedenen mediterranen Kräutern gefunden. Außer Rosmarin war leider nichts anderes vorhanden.

Wunschlos glücklich

Wir waren für 5 Tage mit dem Schützenverein dort. Von der Buchung, Teilnehmerdaten übermitteln, bis hin zur Anreise und Bezug der Finca, war alles einfach und unproblematisch. Vor Ort war alles perfekt vorbereitet und wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt direkt genießen. Weit im Vorfeld wurde uns sogar genehmigt einen Kühlwagen für Getränke liefern zu lassen. Die Anlage und das Haus sind echt toll und großzügig. Wir hatten tolle Tage und können die Agentur rund um Romy und Dagmar nur empfehlen. Das Grillrost vom Kohlegrill könnte mal ausgetauscht werden. Das ist aber auch das einzige.

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren im März für 5 Tage in der Finca. Die Umgebung war wirklich sehr schön und das Haus war auch ein Traum. Die Außenanlage ist zum erholen perfekt. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zu verweilen und sich zu sonnen. Die Finca ist in einem schönem mallorquinischem Stil. Es besteht aus einem großem Haupthaus und einem kleinen Haus. Der Garten hat ein Teich, was es wirklich sehr schön macht. Frösche waren sehr aktiv, aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Das Haus war sehr sauber, nur leider das Besteck und Geschirr etwas dreckig. Leider ging im kleinen Haus das warme Wasser nicht und auch leider die eine oder andere Heizung. Es gab genügend Ausstattung, welche für 14 Personen ausgelegt war. Rundum kann man sagen, es war ein wirklich sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Finca.

Lage, Pool, Anlage, Sitzmöglichkeiten Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: - Klopapier - Müllsäcke - Schneidebretter - scharfe Messer - dreckiger Whirlpool - Klimaanlagen für den Hochsommer -> sind aber alles nur Kleinigkeiten! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

ESTANCIA EN CAN TALAIA

Vvienda con las comodidades indicadas en anuncio, todo se corresponde exactamente y la limpieza perfecta. En general estuvimos a gusto aunque durante los 3 días que estuvimos en la casa, hubo varias molestias; la casa pequeña anexa con dos habitaciones, no dispuso de agua caliente en toda la estancia y en la casa principal el primer día no habia agua caliente durante el día hasta que avisamos por la tarde. Durante toda la primera noche en las dos habitaciones de la parte de arriba de la casa no hubo calefacción. El segundo dia no habia calefacción durante la tarde hasta que avisamos de nuevo al técnico. Es cierto que el señor de mantenimiento acudió las veces que le llamamos y lo solucionó enseguida excepto el termo de la casa anexa que no funcionaba a pesarde haber cambiado la bombona de gas ...

Finca Urlaub 2021

Die Finca liegt sehr schön und ist gut gepflegt. Kleine Mängel wurden sofort behoben. Das Problem mit dem Abfluß in der Küche sollte behoben werden. Bestand bereits vor 2 Jahren. Die meisten Pool-Liegen bräuchten eine neue Bespannung
