The Blue House with sea views is a cozy year-round heated 3-bedroom cottage, with new kitchen and shower / toilet on 47m², with room for up to four people. From the living room and the high terrace you have a view over the bay Mecklenburg Baltic coast, the "Wohlenberger Wiek". The house is located just a few steps (about 50m) from the beach. This consists of a long sandy beach, which merges in the further course in natural beach with cliffs. Due to its shallow swimming areas, the beach is especially child-friendly.

Location: Between the Hanseatic city of Wismar (10 km) and the Baltic Sea Boltenhagen (8 miles), directly on the Baltic coast of Mecklenburg, with a beautiful long sandy beach, natural beach and cliff, through the beautiful, formed by the country bay of the Baltic Sea, the "Wohlenberger Wiek". The cottage settlement is located two kilometers from the village "Wohlenberg", the house itself is located just a few steps from the beach (about 50m). Due to its shallow swimming areas, the beach is especially child-friendly.
Facilities: The year-round heated 3-bedroom house can accommodate up to four people on 47m ² and is equipped with living room, bedroom, children's room (or second bedroom), kitchen and bathroom (toilet / shower) .The living room has seating (couch and two armchairs) around an extendable and height-adjustable table. Also in the living room a flat screen TV, DVD player, a music system with radio and CD player and a games box with board games available. You can look from the living room to the beautiful bay of the Baltic Sea, the "Wohlenberger Wiek". The bedroom has a double bed (1,80x2,0m) and a wardrobe. The children's room (or second bedroom) is equipped with bunk beds, each 0.90x2.0m, a table with two seats, and a flat screen TV. The new kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker (ceramic hob), oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, and a camping washing machine for small clothes. If required, a travel cot and a high chair can be provided.
Outside: At the front of the house is a terrace (half covered) with seating, table, porch swing and barbecue. At the back of the house is a high terrace with comfortable seating, from which you can also enjoy the view over the beautiful bay of the "Wohlenberger Wiek". There are next to the house parking for two cars.

Extras for the kids: An adventure pirate boat and a sandbox with toys.
Bicycles can be rented in the neighboring village "Wohlenberger Wiek" (2km).
Bed linen can be booked on request and must be pre-ordered (8, - € / per person, if not bookable, then to pay locally). Towels are please bring your own, dish towels are available.
A maximum of two small and well behaved dogs are welcome, up to a back height of 30cm. Up to a back height of 50cm only a well behaved dog is allowed (per dog is 5, - € / day and once 10, - € for the final cleaning to pay, if dog not bookable, then also payable locally).

Surroundings: In the area there are various snack bars, children's cart track, mini golf u. V. M. In the immediate vicinity is also a surf school and a small restaurant. Other restaurants can be found from about 2km in the village "Wohlenberg". Fishing possibilities exist directly on the beach and from the 2 km distant pier in the direction of the village "Wohlenberg". The house is located in close proximity to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. So the best conditions for relaxed hikes or relaxing bike rides along the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast. You are also welcome to have your newspaper or mail sent to you, Deutsche Post operates this holiday home settlement. In the main season (May to October) you can get in the small supermarket, in the neighboring campsite settlement "Liebeslaube" every morning fresh bread and many things for the little shopping. Extensive shopping possibilities exist in the village Gägelow (6km) with large shopping center as well as in the cities Wismar (10km) and Boltenhagen (8km).
The Baltic Sea Boltenhagen (8km) attracts with its beautifully landscaped promenade, pier, various localities and spa gardens and is definitely worth a visit. Also, a trip to the Hanseatic city of Wismar (10km) with its many (fish) localities, the harbor promenade and the impressive old town (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is also recommended. In addition, there is also the very interesting for children especially technology Museum "Phantechnikum", the indoor playground "Mumpitz", the water park "Wonnemar", the zoo, cinema u. v.m .. Furthermore, a visit to the island "Poel" with its maritime flair is recommended.
Please note: The landlord will contact you one day prior to arrival by phone for the purpose of timely arrival. He will allow you at the agreed time the access to the cottage settlement. He will accompany you to the holiday home.
