This was the perfect place for two families (4 adults, 3 kids) to meet in the middle for a vacation! The location was the just the right distance to all the attractions, the home was wonderful - plenty of room for everyone, the views and the property were stunning, and of course - we loved meeting Bentley! Clint was quick to respond to any questions and was helpful with places to go and things to do in the area.We will definitely stay here if we're heading through the Black Hills area again.

Wonderful and peaceful property

Family Vacay

We loved the location of the property, communication from the property manager, and all the amenities that came with the house. Although the house wasn't spotless, it was clean enough to feel comfortable. We had a party of 10 (4 adults, 6 kids) and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location was great - fairly centralized to everything we wanted to see/do. We would stay here again.

Perfect setting

The group really enjoyed their stay. Plenty of space to be together or be on our own. The house was in the middle of nowhere, but close enough to everything. The owner was friendly and available if needed. Would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity!

Private, relaxing oasis in the rolling hills after long days of seeing the sights!.....

Beautiful home, stunning views from a spacious deck, lots of room to spread out. Short distances from Rapid City and Hermosa for shopping and within 30 minutes of all the major attractions. Owner is wonderfully accomodating and easy-going. Highly recommend!

Quick overnight stay

We needed a quick place for a large family to stay last minute while traveling back from Yellowstone. The owner was quick to respond and gave great directions and details. Got there just in time for sunset, beautiful!!!! Bring binoculars for seeing Mount Rushmore.

Remote but not...

A beautiful home that from the views seems very remote. But very close to Hermosa, and a short 15- minute drive to Rapid City. Clint was an excellent host and communicated very well. Overall, exceptional stay with family. Would absolutely stay there again.

We only stayed about 12 hours, but the house was clean and comfortable for our stay. To be clear, it appears the owners just move out for the nights you stay there so there is a lot of personal thing around the house, but all the basics are there so no complaints. The land around the area is pleasant and relaxing. Also a very quiet area.
