When you stay at the Far Far Away cottage, you'll have ample space for your big group and unlimited access to the community pools, parks, and beach amenities.

With a king bed, two queen beds, and four extra-long twin beds, there is ample room for 10 people to live comfortably together. The bunk room is especially fun for the kids and adults get the benefit of additional privacy from the attached bathrooms in each of the king / queen bedrooms.

The modern kitchen, found at the heart of the house, is stocked with state-of-the-art appliances, a full set of pots and pans, and everything else you could need to prepare meals for your large group. With the open floor plan and expansive interior, you’ll feel right at home.

The outdoor living area has three covered porches with everything you'll need for dining, playing games, watching TV, or just relaxing in the outdoor swing bed. In the yard, you'll have access to a gas grill, private fire pit, and even some cornhole boards for family-friendly competition.

The cottage is conveniently located only 75 steps from one of the community pools and has unobstructed views of parks and green-space both in the front and back of the home.

Thanksgiving Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay in this home and the area of Carlton Landing. It was fun and relaxing and we had everything we needed in the home, even while preparing our Thanksgiving meal. There was more than enough space for our family of four and we enjoyed the multiple spots for sitting outside in the sunshine. We also enjoyed sitting by the fire pit in the evenings. Arrival instructions were clear and the owner was very responsive to the questions we had during our stay. The area of Carlton Landing was very quaint with plenty to explore, even during the off season. We played ping pong and bocce ball, visited the Meeting House and Mama Tig’s pizza, and just enjoyed walking around the lake and homes. We would definitely stay here again!

Best trip ever!

The house is brand new- kitchen and house decor is so cute. All the beds and linens were great. House was very clean and just as advertised. The house is big and has lots of space to sleep and spread out. Property owner was easy to communicate with. I would definitely rent from them again. Carlton Landing the neighborhood resort is so much fun. There are 3 pools, a beach, restaurants etc. Lots to do. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed exploring the neighborhood. They are doing construction in some areas but the noise was never an issue inside the house. Excited to see what this community grows into. Would come back again!!.

Beautiful house!

There were 9 of us, 5 adults and 4 kids. The bedroom setup was perfect fpr out group. The kitchen and living area was spacious for all of us and accommodations were great. I especially appreciated the owners labeling the light switches...made it so easy! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Here are some random facts about our happy family:
- We're live nearby a Dallas suburb named Frisco.
- We have two young children (11 & 7) that both love all of the fun activities the area has to offer.
- My wife and I are both graduates and huge fans of Texas A&M University. If we aren't spending the weekend at the cottage, we're going to Aggie football games.

Why they chose this property

Prior to the pandemic, our family purchased a cabin in Broken Bow with the goal of creating a unique getaway for our children. After the world shut down, we found that the Broken Bow area grew exponentially in popularity--the quaint, small-town was now a busy, tourist filled attraction.

We discovered Carlton Landing when some close friends visited and raved about the quiet little town with amazing amenities. We fell in love on our first visit; it had all of the aspects that initially attracted us to Broken Bow but with a greater emphasis on community.

It took a little over a year and a half before the house was finally ready (thanks COVID!) But, now that it is here, we're thrilled to have created a new home in a unique community that offers one-of-a-kind amenities, amazing scenery, and a great way to spend quality time with the people we love most in this world.

We think you'll love this chance to get away from the distractions of every day life. We've tried to provide everything you'll need for your escape including a fully furnished kitchen, fun games for both indoor and outdoor, and luxury accommodations that will ensure a great night sleep.

What makes this property unique

Carlton Landing offers a vacation experience like few other places. It is created using the same concept as cities like Seaside, FL and Rosemary Beach, FL called New Urbanism.

The idea is that a town should be built in a way that encourages community. As a result, everything in Carlton Landing is within walking distance and a large boardwalk was created to connect all areas of the town. Parks and pools are set up throughout the community and are available for free to all guests. Restaurants and food trucks are found in a large gathering area next to Lake Eufaula.

The homes are built using a New England-style architecture with the latest environmentally friendly standards. It is exactly how you would picture a true "community" should look.

You'll have access to kayak and boat rental options, live entertainment and pop-up shops most weekends, and a beautiful community garden.

Carlton Landing also offers plenty of activities and events that you'll want to check you.
