Ferienhaus Am Bahnhof is located in Werneuchen. It is 9 km from the outskirts of Berlin and a 2-minute walk from Werneuchen Train Station. The apartment is located in a quiet street Werneuchens.
The city of Werneuchen is about 9 km northeast of the Berlin city limits. There are currently around 9,000 inhabitants here. Schools and day nurseries are centrally located in Werneuchen, close to the city of Bernau and not far from Berlin, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the city and surrounded by green nature. Werneuchen has a train station. The East German railway operates as a railway company the line RB station Berlin-Ostkreuz - Werneuchen (journey time 32 min.) The B 158 connects Werneuchen with the Berlin Ring (about 6 km away) in the west and the Brandenburg countryside (Barnim district with the boat lift Niederfinow and district Märkisch-Oderland with the spa town of Bad Freienwalde) in the east.

On 11. 09. 2018 welcomed the mayor of Werneuchen the 9 000th inhabitant. Discover the idyllic Barnimer Land on the bike and on foot on the well-developed trails and on the countless lakes. In the Regionalpark Barnimer Feldmark you can find the picturesque Löhmer Haussee with its nature trail as well as the Gamensee, where visitors will find fun and relaxation surrounded by nature.
The bakery is 5 minutes away by bike.

Sehr praktisch und gut gelegen

Vielen Dank an Svitlana für diese schöne und für eine grössere Freundesgruppe wie uns sehr praktische Unterkunft in Werneuchen! Alles war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, das Haus ist direkt neben dem Bahnhof sehr leicht zu erreichen und Svitlana war sehr flexibel bezüglich unserer Ankunftszeit. Pluspunkt waren die zahlreichen Duschen und Toiletten!

Schöner großzügiger Bungalow

Das Ferienhaus steht auf einem schönen gepflegten Grundstück gegenüber dem Bahnhof. Dieser störte aber überhaupt nicht. Wir haben nix vom Bahnverkehr mitbekommen. Waren allerdings über den Jahreswechsel und daher nicht zu oft im Garten. Aber wie wir festgestellt haben, fahren da eh nur moderne Stadtbahnen die leise und sauber sind. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und nett. Die „Hausübergabe“ hat reibungslos geklappt. Zur Abreise haben wir sogar Blumen bekommen. Danke nochmal dafür. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich. Die Zimmer nett eingerichtet und die Betten bequem. Ein tolles großes Bad mit großem Komfort. Mochten aus der Dusche garnicht mehr raus😉 Der gemeinsame Küchen- und Wohnbereich war großzügig. Einzig wäre vielleicht der Hinweis (jedoch keine Kritik!) in den Zimmern fehlte irgendwie ein Schrank für Kleider oder eine Kleiderstange mit Kleiderbügeln und in der Küche könnte es ein bisschen mehr Besteck geben. Bei 6 Personen ist alles relativ schnell aufgebraucht. Die einzige Kategorie der wir „nur“ drei Punkte gegeben haben, ist die Lage/Umgebung. Hier ist eher die Umgebung gemeint und dafür können die Gastgeber nichts. Wir möchten es aber dennoch mit erklären. Obwohl es kleinere hübsche Parks gibt, waren diese nicht wirklich gepflegt. Das hat dem Ort und den vielen schönen Grundstücken ein Stück den Kleinstadtcharme genommen. Aber wir haben unseren Aufenthalt zum Jahreswechsel genossen und hatten ein paar schöne gemütliche Tage im Ferienhaus.

Schönes Haus

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten 3 schöne Tage dort. Wir werden dieses Haus wieder buchen, da ein Bahnhof gegenüber ist. Wir haben die Autos stehen gelassen und sind die Tage mit dem Zug gefahren. PS. Man hört die Züge nicht.

Sehr gutes Wochenende

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, wie im Bilder und ist sehr komplet, hat alles :) Die Lage ist auch super, neben Bahnhof mit Supermarkt in der Nähe. Und die Kommunikation mit der Besitzer/in war ganz gut. Wir waren sehr zufrieden dort und wir empfehlen diese Haus zu mieten. Dankee! :)

Moderne Ferienwohnung

Die FW ist modern eingerichtet und neu gebaut. Folgendes hat jedoch den Aufenthalt getrübt: Es ist ungewöhnlich von zwei Überwachungskameras ständig observiert zu werden. Der Besuch eines im Ort wohnenden Familienmitgliedes wurde von Seiten des Vermieters nur 20 min geduldet.

Ein sehr gutes Haus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr modern gebaut und auch eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt nichts was in der Küche fehlt. Und auch sonst gibt es nichts an der Ausstattung im Haus auszusetzten. Die persönliche Einweisung und auch die Endkontrolle durch den Vermieter waren von einer netten Atmosphäre geprägt. Die Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich, auch wenn mal wieder der Federball vom Ferienhaus sein Ziel verfehlt hatte. Obwohl der Bahnhof Werneuchen genau gegenüber liegt und fast stündliche ein Zug vorbei kommt hat er eigentlich nicht gestört. Es war trotzdem Ruhig. Dort gibt es auch jede Menge kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten. Zwei Wagen können problemlos auf dem Gelände des Ferienhauses parken. Warum nun einen Punkt Abzug bei der Gesamtbewertung , wenn alles in Ordnung war ? Der Bereich vor den Haus wird mit zwei Videokameras überwacht. Das habe ich in den letzten Jahren noch nicht erlebt. Eine Beschilderung gibt es nicht, lediglich eine persönliche Information. Wenn man dieses Ferienhaus nur zum Schlafen nutzt, oder nur im innern verbringt, geht das vollkommen in Ordnung. Wenn man aber bei einem Besuch Temperaturen von ca. 30 Grad hat und es sich vor dem Haus gemütlich macht, ist das mehr als ein unangenehmes Gefühl. (Für mich persönlich ein absolutes "NoGo"). Mein rein persönliches Fazit: Ein sehr gutes Haus, von netten Vermietern in einer relativ ruhigen Gegend. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen, wenn man sich von beiden Kameras im Vorgarten nicht gestört fühlt.

5 Tage Werneuchen zu acht

Es war eine wunderschöne Woche, die Einkaufsläden sins zu Fuß zu erreichen und zum Haussee fuhren wir 20 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Die Vermieter waren sehr gute Gastgeber und sind immer da, falls etwas benötigt wird. Das einzige negative war, dass sehr wenig Besteck vorhanden ist. Vielen Dank für eine tolle Fahrt

Alle Zimmer waren ordentlich, es gab ausreichend Handtücher. Küche mit super Ausstattung. Als die Sonne schien gab es gleich Sonnenliegen. WLAN Code vorhanden. Das Netz war stabil. Es ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! Kleiner Hinweis: Der Fernseher im WoZi war fest verschraubt. Vom Sofa aus konnte man nicht gucken ;-)

Ein ruhiges Wochenende abseits von Berlin

Auf der kurzfristigen Suche nach einem entspannten und erholsamen Wochenende außerhalb von Berlin wurden wir hier fündig. Es war ruhig, der gegenüberliegende Bahnhof war kaum wahrnehmbar und störte nicht. Eine unkomplizierte An- und Abreise. Sehr gute Ausstattung und fast alles vorhanden, nur kleine Löffel fehlten, was uns aber nicht groß weiter störte.

Nette Wohnung, Moderne Ausstattung

Die Wohnung war sehr nett und angemehm, viel Platz in den Zimmern und Wohnbereich. Sehr ruhige Lage. Kueche und Bad modern und sehr Sauber. Kleine Nachteile: Ein Schlafzimmer liegt am 2e Etage und ist nur durch ein anderes Zimmer begehbar. Anfangs gab es nur 4 Gabel und 4 Messer fuer 4 Personen.... Mehr Besteck bekammen wir nur nach Anfrage. Aber Ueberall nett und empfehlswert.

Großartiges Haus mit kompletter Ausstattung

Sehr schönes neuwertiges Ferienhaus mit ebenso neuer und/oder gepflegter Einrichtung, liebevoll und umfassend dekoriert. Das gesamte Haus war bis in die letzte Ecke äußerst sauber, Bettwäsche und Handtücher reichlich vorhanden und frisch duftend. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern verlief zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Sie wohnen im Haus direkt nebenan, sind also bei Bedarf leicht ansprechbar, dennoch bleibt beiden Parteien mehr als ausreichende Privatsphäre. Der wirklich sehr kleine Bahnhof mit wenigen elektrischen Regionalbahnen direkt gegenüber wurde von uns kaum wahrgenommen, in den Schlafzimmern gar nicht. Wenn wir in Zukunft nochmals in der Gegend sein werden, wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Ferienhaus buchen!

Toller Aufenthalt

Es war ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus...groß, geräumig, sauber, alles funktionsfähig, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es ist relativ ruhig hier trotz des Bahnhofes gegenüber. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe! Immer wieder gerne...

Keurige woning op praktische locatie!

Keurige en zeer praktische woning wanneer je met de trein (ABC karte) Berlijn wilt verkennen en ook nog iets van de omgeving rondom Berlijn wilt zien. De eigenaar was zeer vriendelijk.
