Summer Break

Location was great only 1 block to ocean! Accessible to many restaurants and Jenkinson’s boardwalk is within walking distance. Host was very responsive.

Large apartment half a block from the beach

Apartment feels much bigger than the listing suggests, with an eat-in kitchen in a different space from the living room. The deck is really pleasant to sit in. Half a block from the beach and a 10 minute walk from the boardwalk. Limited kitchenware so bring some of your own basics if you plan to cook a lot. Patrick is very responsive.
