The house was comfortable and had everything we could want. Back porch was perfect! A great place to relax- private and quiet. Although we didn’t cook meals- there was everything we could have wanted including spices! We enjoyed our visit!

Needed a place to stay for the Sea.Hear.Now music festival. Drew is a great host--we felt right at home from the get go. Convenient location to stores and restaurants in town. Having tons of coffee pods was so helpful. Met our needs perfectly.

This was a perfect location. The access to bikes was great & allowed quick access to the boardwalk. The home was clean & well stocked with everything you’d need. I made the mistake of thinking the fire pit was propane and appreciated some wood to make a fire. This was a perfect spot for our sisters getaway.

Perfect Graduation Weekend

We spent the weekend to celebrate our son’s graduation from Monmouth. The house is well stocked with all necessities, host was quick to respond and the backyard was great for hanging out outside. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay our first time in Asbury Park. We loved the back outdoor area and took full advantage of the fire pit and the beautiful enclosed canopy area. The house was spacious and clean. We especially liked that the train was only a few minute walk so that we could go into nyc for one of the days we stayed. We only stayed the weekend but everything you would need for a long stay was already in the house. Espresso machin, air fryer, keurig, drip pot, and so much more including Boardgames, books, and instruments that my 16 year old boys had fun playing around with. The beds were comfortable with linens and towels to spare. We had a spot to park right out front the whole weekend. This was the perfect weekend getaway and we look forward to a longer stay next time!

We had a nice stay!

The house is beautiful. We loved sitting on the back porch even though the mornings were cool. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need and then some. I would stay here again.

Andrew’s property was just as advertised. It was very clean and very close to downtown. Andrew communicated in a timely manner and was very thoughtful. He left us a handwritten welcome letter along with some adult beverages to kick off our stay. Check in and check out were very easy and straight forward. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful home with all the amenities

This is a really beautifully maintained home with old-world charm and modern everything else. Andrew provided all the things we needed to make our stay pleasant - bikes to toodle around town and to the beach, a giant back yard for relaxing, laundry machine and dryer - and was very available if we needed anything. Our whole family (adults and pets both) had a great time.

Asbury Park

Had a great experience renting from Andrew in Asbury Park. Place was so cute and decorating were so fun. House had all we need. Loved riding the bikes to the beach (needed as parking or cars was rough yesterday)

Absolutely perfect!

I almost hesitate to say how great this place is, for fear of being unable to book it again next summer. It could not have been any better! The house had all the amenities we could hope for...it was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Communication with Andrew, our host, was easy and we received instant responses. We had a fantastic week at Andrew’s property! The house was immaculate and had fantastic amenities. Perfect amount of space and private backyard we’re fantastic. NJ Retreat

The property and owner provided everything you could want and more. After a wearisome flight, the first thing you look for is a restful welcome. This home was like a welcoming hug! The pride and caring nature is reflected in every detail Andrew put into it. Whenever I'm in the area, if this property is available, I'll certainly make my reservation!!

The owners of the house went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

The house was cozy, allowing for 4 of us to cook a casual dinner and eat in comfortably. It was off season, so we were only able to appreciate the back yard during the day, but during the season, I know that we would have spent more time taking advantage of the large outdoor space grilling and sitting around the firepit later into the night, too.

Andrew went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. I believe he truly wanted us to enjoy our stay, and we did! He could not have been more accommodating. Beautifully updated house not far from great restaurants and shopping

We had a great time with family. Andrew was extremely responsive.We are older and the walk was too far to the beach but our younger family members had no trouble getting there and back. For us it was a quick drive. Plenty of parking and really nice neighbors. The neighborhood is not upscale but we always felt comfortable. House was well equipped and perfect for our family get together. Asbury Park beach is beautiful we had a blast!

Clean, comfy, and all the amenities!

Andrew was such a fantastic host! We had an issue on our first night and he responded immediately and fixed it. The house is fully stocked. Everything was clean and up-to-date. Great appliances. The shed was amazing with a beach buggy, four bikes and lots of chill space outside! The beds were very comfy, plenty of drawer space for things and overall just a great place to stay!
