Beachy, quaint house that was built in 1920. 3 Bedroom Colonial with all the amenities for a fun vacation or retreat! Big porch, fenced in yard and enjoy newly updated bathrooms. Air conditioners and smart TV I with basic cable. 10 blocks to the beach, 3 blocks to all the cool restaurants of Cookman Ave and 3 blocks to the train to NYC. New bathroom just built this spring! A little piece of heaven in an up and coming West Asbury Park neighborhood.
Perfect location for a beach vacation or getaway. With 3 bedrooms, including 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed, and 2 twin beds, there's plenty of space for you and your guests to relax and unwind. The property also features 2 new bathrooms, complete with a shower and bathtub.

The property was well maintained. The fenced in yard was great - our dog loved being able to run outside without a leash. Unfortunately, the house next door was boarded up. This seems to be an issue with Vrbo, this is the second time the property was not in such s great neighborhood. Vrbo needs to clarify if the property is in a 'developing' area.

Great house - 5 mins to beach

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Karen’s home! It was very clean, organized, and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms and showers were clean and nice. Close proximity to the beach and the bars/restaurants that asbury has to offer. Would absolutely stay again!

It is a very nice house , and is very clean and mostly comfortable . Our only complaint is a very uncomfortable mattress on the bunk bed, and not a very comfortable couch . It is a working neighborhood with some people yelling or crying in the middle of 1 night we were there. Otherwise it was mostly quiet.iZit is too far to walk to the beach carrying beach stuff , so we chose to drive . Overall , it’s a good place .
