The property was well maintained. The fenced in yard was great - our dog loved being able to run outside without a leash. Unfortunately, the house next door was boarded up. This seems to be an issue with Vrbo, this is the second time the property was not in such s great neighborhood. Vrbo needs to clarify if the property is in a 'developing' area.

This guest was aware that the house next door was boarded up before their arrival. I don’t want anyone to be surprised but it is entirely safe.
My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Karen’s home! It was very clean, organized, and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms and showers were clean and nice. Close proximity to the beach and the bars/restaurants that asbury has to offer. Would absolutely stay again!
House was clean, check- in was easy, my business associates from out of town were comfortable. The sign was a really nice touch.
Thank you!

Disliked: Location
It is a very nice house , and is very clean and mostly comfortable . Our only complaint is a very uncomfortable mattress on the bunk bed, and not a very comfortable couch . It is a working neighborhood with some people yelling or crying in the middle of 1 night we were there. Otherwise it was mostly quiet.iZit is too far to walk to the beach carrying beach stuff , so we chose to drive . Overall , it’s a good place .
