The apartment is newly refurbished, beautiful inside, well furnished, and squeaky clean, We spent a lot of down time on the huge outdoor deck which as lots of plush furniture. The spot is SO convenient -- just a two-block walk to the each and boardwalk. The location is a quiet, family street lined with lovely homes. Stuart was a perfect host, always available if we have questions. We hope to return.

Asbury Park truly has something for everyone. I chose this location because it is quiet and close to the beach. This apartment has 3 units. Me on first level, and third level is an annual tenant. Quiet surfer/musician.

What makes this property unique

It was gut renovated in 2020 so it has all the modern coneniences of a new home with the charm of a 1900 Victorian. Asbury Park is a walkable town. We are on the quiet North Side. Seasonal beach badges included.
