The long time shore residence of Dr. Kayo, who the locals know as Cousin David, is now available for vacation rental for the first time. Enjoy rocking on the front porch or watch the boats go by from the back porch. This cottage has a nice size bedroom with a queen bed, living room with comfortable sectional, well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk in shower. All with no stairs. Located on South Bay Ave, this cottage is a short walk to numerous restaurants and bars. The property also has a floating dock that you can tie your boat to while staying, and plenty of private parking.

Lovely cottage with friendly neighbors and in walking distance to everything you need! Small area to walk your dog about 50 feet away. The porch is perfect! Read, have a cocktail or coffee, and chat with friends. The place was spotless! Super comfortable bed and bathroom was not too small! Communicating with Gary was easy and Peter, the Super welcomed us and was very helpful with local restaraunts and tips on fishing. Grounds are immaculate and full of flowers. Stay here! You will not be disappointed!

Loved my stay!! Location was amazing! Hartshorne Woods Park is around the corner so I took my dog for daily winter walks. Sandy Hook is also within walking distance so we took a beach walk as well. Adorable beach bungalow with absolutely everything you need! Close to everything! Will definitely stay there again!! Gary and Pete were super helpful!!

Our stay was great. A perfect space to get away. Just a stones throw from a beautiful national park site with great beaches and a bay side worth seeing with small children. From the house you can walk to many restaurants and and an ice cream place. Owners and property managers were onsite everyday and easy to communicate with. We will be back!
