The apartment is in a great location, just a short distance from the beach and boardwalk. Stuart was a very responsive and accommodating host. The on-site parking was extremely convenient, and we appreciated the beach passes and gear that were provided. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the deck in the mornings, and the neighborhood itself is delightful. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend.

Clean, cozy, 2nd floor apartment with a spacious deck. Perfect set up for our family of four (two teenagers). Extremely convenient to the beach and boardwalk being only 2 blocks away. Everything we needed was within walking distance, restaurants, shopping and entertainment on the boardwalk and a 7 Eleven four blocks away. Stuart is a great host and we'd love to come back to stay again.

Location is everything here! Excellent location! We enjoyed our stay and the location is great and very walkable. The water in the kitchen sink is motion sensor and a bit tricky to figure out. The beds are not comfortable which is why I am only giving 4 stars. All 3 of the beds are uncomfortable. The host was very nice and great communication.

I'm so sorry to hear you found the beds uncomfortable. This is the first I'm hearing this, and I would certainly address it. I will purchase some mattress toppers immediately and poll my past guests about their experience. I am very picky about my bed, so I take this quite seriously. Thank you for the feed back.

The apartment is newly refurbished, beautiful inside, well furnished, and squeaky clean, We spent a lot of down time on the huge outdoor deck which as lots of plush furniture. The spot is SO convenient -- just a two-block walk to the each and boardwalk. The location is a quiet, family street lined with lovely homes. Stuart was a perfect host, always available if we have questions. We hope to return.

We had a lovely stay at Stuart’s place. He was very responsive and helpful in advance of our stay. Unfortunately there were some communication issues when we were trying to check-in, but we eventually got it worked out and he was very apologetic. The apartment (note it is on the 2nd floor of the three story house) feels new and modern, and the primary bedroom’s bathroom is especially stunning. You can’t beat the location - definitely walkable to the beach, but if you’re bringing a bunch of stuff you may want to drive like we did, We could always find parking at the beach, but we were traveling Sunday-Friday, so Saturdays may be a different story. Beach tags included with the rental, which is nice. Would definitely rebook this listing if returning to Asbury Park!
