The apartment is completely renovated and furnished. It has a large room with fireplace, sitting area and double bed.

Kuschelige Ferienwohnung im Piemont

Die Ferienwohnung Lila liegt etwas oberhalb von Lanzo und zeichnet sich durch ihre ruhige Lage aus. Bei heißen Temperaturen Ende August waren wir froh für die schattige Terrasse auf der Bergseite oder abends den kleinen Balkon mit schönem Ausblick ins Tal. Von der Einrichtung war alles für uns da, was wir brauchten von Töpfen/Pfannen in verschiedenen Größen bis zum Stabmixer. Sogar eine kleine Musikanlage gab es. Die Räume sind noch besser eingerichtet als auf den Fotos z.B. ein Bistrotisch mit Barhockern in der Küche. Das Bad ist geräumig und verfügt über eine praktische Waschmaschine, die wir froh waren nach ausgiebigen Wanderungen nutzen zu können. Für unser Abendessen durften wir frische Tomaten &Gurken im hauseigenen Gewächshaus ernten- einfach köstlich! Der Kontakt zu Johannes war total unkompliziert, obwohl er erst ein paar Tage nach uns Vorort war, aber jederzeit über Handy erreichbar.Maria ist eine herzliche Person, spricht Englisch und versteht auch Deutsch und ist immer besorgt, dass es den Gästen gut geht. Wir haben viele tolle Wanderungen in die 3 Täler unternommen, besuchten das Sanctuario Ignazio, Santa Cristina und S.Michele und waren beim Forte di Bard im Aostatal. Nur Turin haben wir nicht geschafft, weil es einfach zu heiß war, aber dann haben wir einen Grund, nochmals ins wunderschöne Piemont zu kommen. Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit und freuen uns irgendwann auf ein Wiedersehen. Thomas und Claudia

Große gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit sehr netter Betreuung

Etwas außerhalb von Lanzo Torinese, mit bequemem Schuhwerk auch fußläufig. Zufahrt auf den letzten Metern über Schotter mit einigen Dellen, für tiefergelegte Fahrzeuge nur bedingt befahrbar, kein Promblem mit normalem Pkw, Parken auf dem Grundstück sonst problemlos möglich. Der Eigentümer ist erfolgreicher Künstler aus SW-Deutschland; die Wohnung ist dementsprechend mit einigen Werken dekoriert. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung groß, ziemlich neu und sehr gut ausgestattet und hat einen großen Balkon; auch die Küche dürfte den meisten Ansprüchen genügen. Alle Fenster und Türen sind mit neuen Insektengittern ausgestattet. Die Asiatische Tigermücke ist in Italien mittlerweile sogar in den Großstädten anzutreffen, und man wird sie an Sommerabenden auch auf dem Balkon treffen. Vor Ort ist in der Regel Maria, die in einer Nachbarwohnung lebt, verantwortlich, eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Dame mit Englischkenntnissen. Lanzo ist eine Kleinstadt mit entsprechenden Unterhaltungs- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Größere Supermärkte gibt es im knapp 10 km entfernten Ciriè. Die Bahnstrecke nach Turin ist leider derzeit außer Betrieb, mit Schienenersatzverkehr.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Fewo

Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt, alles war vorhanden und modern eingerichtet. Bei offenen Fragen, war immer eine gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter möglich. Naturnahe Lage mit Reh, Eichhörnchen und Waldkauz.

Ein freundlicher Gastgeber und ein paradiesischer Ort

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, neu eingerichtet, in anregender zauberhafter Umgebung, gut zum Entspannen, oberhalb von Lanzo Torinese. Die Innenstadt des alten Städtchens Lanzo Torinese im Turiner Oberland ist trotz der Abgeschiedenheit des Ortes auch fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber Johannes und Maria waren überaus hilfsbereit. Einfach ein Paradies!
