Our premier multi-level 1,800-square-foot home is named Top of the Town for a good reason. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom home offers spectacular views of the Creede cliffs, town proper, and picturesque San Juan mountains from all three decks.

The lower level features a washer/dryer and a game room with a TV, party fridge, game table, and comfy couch. This level includes a smaller full bath with a shower that adjoins the 2nd bedroom. Raise the garage door to access the lower entrance area and breathe in the crisp mountain air.

Head up the stairs to the main living area, boasting a spacious open-concept kitchen with all the amenities, a living room, and a full bath with a shower. This level provides access to a covered wrap-around deck with a private hot tub, grill, comfortable seating, and unparalleled views.

The upper level, accessible via stairs, is home to the main bedroom. It features a small private balcony with a bar seating area for early morning coffee or a nightcap under the stars. Enjoy an experience like no other from the balcony, which showcases Creede's breathtaking views. You will also find the third bedroom and a full bath (shower) on this upper level.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs, and the pet fee is $40/day (up to $250 per stay).

NOTE: 4WD/AWD required year-round. Our road is very steep. Parking is limited, so trailers are not permitted.

ATVs and OHVs cannot be ridden to intersect approved trails from the home.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Book 7+ nights, and a 10% discount is automatically applied (it does not apply during Christmas/New Year's and the 4th of July holidays).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
