We all hope our trips run monthly. But when there is an unforseeable problem with the functioning parts (utilities), one becomes aware of the earnest caring and action the host takes. All problems resolved. Thank you Jay.

The property was spacious and set up nicely enough. Convenient location. Kitchen was well stocked although just a regular coffee pot would be really nice. We didn’t get some info until we were on the road to the place. There was no top sheet or pillows and pillow cases on the bed in the primary bedroom. When I asked about it I was told that we were supposed to use the pillows with the shams and that the shams are the pillow cases. The shams were colored, textured and meant to be decorative. The oven was pretty disgusting and the whole place could use painting. Lots of nicks in the walls and spots where holes had been but not really fixed.Jay was nice enough but Bethany was not much help.

While we appreciate you acknowledging the property’s spacious layout, convenient location, and well-stocked kitchen, we are disappointed by several inaccuracies in your review and would like to clarify them for future guests. First, our property is professionally cleaned and prepared before every arrival. Our cleaning team confirmed that the bedding and pillowcases were provided as usual. Your request for additional pillowcases was received at approximately 11:00 PM on the second evening of your stay, and despite the late hour, our cleaner personally reached out and offered to come by the following morning to inspect and address your concerns. Regarding the coffee accommodations, our kitchen actually provides two different coffee-making options: a traditional coffee maker and a pour-over setup, along with complimentary coffee, tea, and accompanying supplies. We take pride in providing these additional conveniences for our guests. As for arrival information, our automated system provides guests with the necessary property details in advance. Certain security-sensitive information, including door access codes and Wi-Fi credentials, is intentionally provided closer to arrival to protect the property and the privacy and safety of our guests. Regarding the property’s appearance, several areas have recently been repainted, with additional routine touch-ups already scheduled.
