Renovated and lovingly furnished holiday home in the heart of the old town of Vieste * 2 floors + roof terrace with dreamlike cathedral and sea view * only a few steps from the sea!

The holiday home "Casa Jimi" was renovated in 2018 and lovingly refurbished - it is available from 2019 for the first time!

The cozy Altstadt-Domizil is located in the car-free, historic old town of Vieste, in a quiet side street below the cathedral.
The equipment is high quality, in all rooms air conditioning is available.
The living area of the house extends over 2 floors with well equipped kitchen (fridge, gas stove, electric oven), dining area, sofa, SAT / TV, washing machine, bathroom with shower and bidet, balcony, 2 separate bedrooms (1 x double bed 160cmx200cm; 1 x bunk bed with lying area 90cmx200cm each).
From the magnificent roof terrace you have an impressive view of the Duomo and the sea with the lighthouse "faro" of Vieste.
A charcoal grill and loungers are next to a Granittischgarnitur on the spacious roof terrace with washbasin for use.
A pellet stove with attached heating in all rooms incl. Bath also provides for cozy comfort on cooler spring and autumn days - thus, Casa Jimi is available year-round and also in the low season a suitable starting point for impressive hikes and bike rides in the Gargano National Park and the surrounding area.
The nearest beach (city beach on the marina piccola) is about 200m away. Further, extensive beaches and promenades (eg Pizzomunno, Lungomare Europa) are within easy reach in about 10 minutes. Many other beautiful, small beaches and bays are within a short car distance to discover.
The center with all Einkaufsmöglichsmöglichkeiten, cafes, bars, restaurants, harbor, market, etc. are within walking distance.

Excellent Stay in Vieste at Sandra and Daniel apartment conveniently located in Centro Storico. Very clean and quiet. Very close to many beaches options by foot. Parking available nearby at Port. Sandra and Daniel available to answer any inquiry and even provide tips for what to do in the area.

Overall a great stay!

We enjoyed the stay here. Overall it was a great experience. We had a bit of an issue with the TV but it got sorted out quickly also my only problem with this property is the room with the two bunk beds the air conditioner is right above the upper bunk which makes it almost not usable. Other than that everything was great

Everything was perfect: the situation in Vieste (in the heart of the old city), the appartment and its wonderful rooftop (for breakfasts and dinners 😍). Daniel and Sonia are very helpful and very nice. A real 5/5 !!!

What a gem. Walk out to first rate restaurants. We had such an amazing experience. Super cozy bed. Didn’t need the AC but nice to have it. The rooftop was a bonus.

Mitten in der historischen Altstadt

Unter dem kleinen Balkon verläuft die Gasse hoch zum Dom, wir waren also mittendrin in der Altstadt von Vieste. Wir fühlten uns so fast wie Mitbewohner, das Haus ist innen wie außen typisch für den Ort. Durch ein Tor und eine Hintertreppe erreicht man die Wohnungstür, die Wohnung selbst erstreckt sich bis zur Dachterrasse noch einmal über drei Etagen. Von dieser aus hat man einen schönen Blick über die Dächer und auf den Dom von Vieste. Die Küche benutzten wir so gut wie nie, weil sich in der Umgebung viele schöne Lokale befinden. Die Spaziergänge am Abend durch die beleuchteten Gassen sind nach dem Essen sehr zu empfehlen. Parken konnten wir gut am Hafen, das sind max. 10 Minuten schöner Fußweg, auch am Wasser entlang und gerne mit Cafe-Stopp. In der Umgebung von Vieste machten wir jeden Tag eine andere Unternehmung: Wandern, Steilküste, Buchten, Wald, Berge. Zum Vermieter hatten wir sehr guten und freundlichen Kontakt. Anfragen wurden umgehend beantwortet, wir durften das Haus sogar schon früher beziehen. Wir waren im Oktober hier und wer Altstadtflair mag, sollte unbedingt für einige Tage bleiben.

Die Wohnung liegt in mitten des historischen Zentrums. Es gibt alles was man braucht in Fussweide. Parken am Hafen ist außerhalb der Saison (oktober) kostenlos. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen beim nächsten Besuch in Vieste Jörg/Petra

Wunderschönes Appartement mitten in der Altstadt

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war vorhanden, was man für ein paar Tage braucht; die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es sind nur ein paar Schritte zu einem guten Restaurant. Die Altstadt hat viel Atmosphäre.

Tolles Ferienappartment mitten in der Altstadt von Vieste

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Vieste. Das Appartment ist mitten in der Altstadt. Zum Be-/Endladen kann man fast direkt zur Wohnung fahren. Ansonsten kann man am Hafen parken (ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß/ Kosten € 10,- pro Tag). Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war perfekt. Wie im Inserat beschrieben, gibt es in der Wohnung mehrere (steile) Stufen. Für ältere Menschen mit Gehbehinderung bzw. Familien mit sehr kleinen Kindern ist die Wohnung daher wohl eher nicht geeignet. Insgesamt von uns 5 Sterne. Wirklich einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Wie in den meisten italienischen Wohnungen gibt es keinen Staubsauger. Ich fände den halt ungemein praktisch - gerade wenn man oft zum Schwimmen an den Sandstrand geht.

Vieste da sola merita la vacanza, paese splendido e molto vivo, spiagge ampie, belle e vicine. La casa è nel centro, a meno di 1 minuto a piedi da Piazza Vittorio Emanuele. Attrezzatissima. Aria condizionata nuova ed in ogni stanza.

Cet appartement sur 3 niveaux est un parfait pied à terre pour découvrir Vieste et ses environs L'appartement est très fonctionnel, bien équipé et bénéficie d'une terrasse de toi qui permets de profiter du soleil. Il est au centre de la vieille ville, dans une rue calme.

Lovely apartment in old town Vieste

The property was perfect for our stay in Viesta. It is well situated in the old town section, and close to many shops and restaurants. The space is well kept with a small living area. The upstairs bedroom is spacious with a very comfortable queen size bed and a smaller bedroom with bunk beds. The bathroom, which is fine, is on the lower floor so that was a slight inconvenience. The roof terrace is a great place to relax and enjoy a meal Maria, who greeted us when we arrived,. was very helpful and friendly. She speaks Italian and German. We did not do any cooking but the kitchen appeared to be adequately stocked. You cannot drive in the old town section so you will have to carry your luggage about 100 meters from the street and up a flight of steps. The closes free parking is down at the port which is about a ten minute walk. We would highly recommend this apartment as long as you don't mind walking

Beautiful house in the middle of the old town. Very clean and well kept! We had a great time, comfortable beds, air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine and dishwasher, terrace / penthouse on the top floor (with grill ) where we spent wonderful evenings. Shortly, everything was there! The various beaches can be reached in a few minutes, walking across the beautiful alleys of the center. The owners are very kind and pleasant. I strongly recommend Casa Jimi!

Stadtwohnung mit super Blick von der Dachterasse

Sehr schöne Stadtwohnung im alten Teil von Vieste. Die Lage war super, die Wohnung sauber und es war alles da, was man benötigt. Die Wohnung hat 2 Treppen und man muss ein bisschen vorsichtig mit dem Kopf sein, da die Decke über den Treppen nicht so hoch ist. Die Kommunikation mit Sandra war perfekt und Maria, die uns bei der Ankunft in Empfang genommen hat war sehr nett. Der Blick von der Dachterasse war traumhaft. Parkmöglichkeiten sind nicht ganz so gut, aber wir haben einen guten Dauerparkplatz am Hafen für unser Auto gefunden. Alles in allem eine super Unterkunft

Tranquillo appartamento in pieno centro storico

Bella casa ristrutturata con gusto. Molto apprezzato il terrazzo dove cenare con vista Duomo e Faro. Per un confort totale sarebbe auspicabile dotare il terrazzo, posto due piani sopra la cucina, di un mobiletto dove poter riporre l'occorrente per consumare i pasti e migliorare alcuni semplici dettagli del bagno. Molto consigliata per una bella e comoda vacanza a Vieste

In pieno centro storico

Appartamento ristrutturato molto bene, le uniche cose negative sono la mancanza del wi-fi e il cellulare non prende ( bisogna salire sulla terrazza o scendere in piazza) . La posizione è molto comoda perché si è in centro storico ma nonostante ciò non si sente la confusione .Ovviamente essendo in pieno centro l'appartamento non ha il parcheggio incluso,per questo bisogna ricorrere nei parcheggi a pagamento.. Nel complesso il soggiorno risulta molto piacevole.
