The apartment is located in Putgarten on the island of Rügen. The apartment is part of the "Kap Arkona" holiday residence in house III of the complex. The residential complex was built in 2003 and impresses with its Baltic flair with its blue wooden paneling and the well-kept outdoor area. There are a total of 26 apartments and the reception in the residence.

The balcony apartment (No. 4) with a living space of approx. 41 m² is located on the first floor of the aforementioned house No. III. It is a 2-room apartment, for an overnight stay with 4 people (sofa bed). There is a spacious hallway, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower (glass partition) and an open living room with a new kitchenette in this apartment. You have access to the north-west balcony through the spacious living / dining & cooking area. The apartment has a high quality fitted kitchen, which is complete with dishes, kettle, coffee / espresso machine. The floors in the apartment were laid with terracotta-like tiles and thus express a homely atmosphere. In addition, there is a marked parking space for the apartment for unrestricted, free parking.

In summer, the small town of Putgarten impresses with tourism. In winter this place shows the untouched nature of the beautiful island of Rügen. The center of attraction of the place is the craft market and the immediate proximity to "Kap Arkona", the northernmost point of the island of Rügen. Enjoy this untouched nature on the sandy north beach, about 1.5 km away; that is pure relaxation and idyll. The small town of Putgarten is also closed to residents. Only residents and you as a holiday guest and supply vehicles offer the exception. The "Kap Arkona" captivates with its two lighthouses and the Jaromarsburg. Culturally and historically, the northern part of the island of Rügen has a lot to offer. The apartment offers you an ideal starting point for a relaxing holiday according to your wishes.
In addition to the beautiful, relaxing landscape, a typical restaurant invites you to a cozy meal.

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach vollkommen unseren Erwartungen und Bedürfnissen. Sie war liebevoll eingerichtet und ließ für unseren Urlaub nichts missen.Einziger Kritikpunkt betrifft die Sauberkeit des Treppenhauses. Diese hätte bei unserer Ankunft gern wie die der Ferienwohnung sein. Das hat aber unseren Aufenthalt nicht getrübt.

Kleine schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend. Bitte Handtücher und Bettwäsche mitbringen, oder über die Vermieterin bestellen. Netter Kontakt. Sehr zentral in Putgarten gelegen. Mit Stellplatz für den PKW. Ich werde wieder hier übernachten.

Die Gegend ist ideal zum Wandern geeignet. Ein Tipp ist die Fischräucherei am Hafen von Vitt. Dort bekommt man den geräucherten frischen Fisch zum fairen Preis. An vielen anderen Lokalitäten zahlt man eher einen Abgelegenheits-Zuschlag. Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war ansonsten angenehm.

Die Unterkunft war ganz okay. Die Lage war super, sehr wenig Leute und ruhig. Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung hätte besser sein können: Schimmel in der Dusche, Insekten in jedem Bilderrahmen, Staub im allgemeinen überall, Bettwäsche war zerrissen. Aber für vier Tage hat’s gereicht. Komme gerne in dem Ort wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung ist ordentlichund sauber, einfacher Standart…leider sehr klein nur mit Schlafcouch in der Küche für die Kinder, leider sehr schlecht klimatisiert ,sodass es nach warmen Tagen sich schlecht schläft ,da es sehr warm in den Zimmern ist, macht man das Fenster auf hat man ab 6 Uhr Straßenlärm …leider kamen nach der Buchung noch ca. 100 Euro zusätzlich für einen neuen Reinigungsservice und Bettwäsche und Handtücher dazu, das war in der Buchungsanzeige vorher nicht ersichtlich …

Schöne Ferienwohnung in prima Lage

Tolle Lage der Ferienwohnung. Die Küche und der Wohnbereich ist prima ausgestattet, das Schlafzimmer recht einfach. Der Hinweis auf Bettwäsche und Handtücher, dass sie mitzubringen sind oder gegen Gebühr auszuleihen sind könnte etwas prominenter hervorgehoben werdenden der Anzeige. Vor Ort war alles unkompliziert und der Parkplatz vor der Wohnung macht das Ankommen sehr angenehm.
